Wij hebben goed samengewerkt met Worldwide Moving & Storage. Dit geldt zowel voor de prijsopgave, de communicatie met Colinda (geen vraag was te veel), als de leveringsindicatie (het aantal weken dat de goederen onderweg waren klopte). Bij het controleren geen schade of ontbrekende stukken. Wij zouden deze firma aanraden en opnieuw contacteren bij een volgende verhuis.

We had a load coming from UK to Fuerteventura. I kept asking for confirmation of delivery date for a couple of moths - it takes time - no problem. Eventually Judit advised they cannot confirm the delivery date.. the furniture will arrive within the space of a week or do. We had to plan booking flights, take time off work etc. I begged for Judit to help me - literally as we were stuck and at their mercy. Cutting long story short - we arrived at the island and slept on the floor awaiting deliver that happened to arrive next morning - to the reception of the complex. Furniture was abandoned literally for my husband and myself to carry (?). The load included a sofa-bed. Never I have ever experienced such poor service. See the message below. I just booked flight after receiving it and we went hoping for the best. Never the date was confirmed until the morning of the delivery. Not really helpful if you leave 3000 miles away.

We're sorry to read that you're giving our company a bad review due to potential mistakes made by another company in the UK. We received our order from them and executed it perfectly. The service booked involved to-door transport only (not a full service as usual), and you were indeed notified of the delivery in the morning, as your WhatsApp messages also demonstrate. Contact between you and our team was always friendly, and we therefore don't understand your review, unless, as mentioned, you're confusing us with the company you booked with and they didn't inform you correctly. We even offered you free storage until you were available for the delivery, even though this wasn't our responsibility. In short, it's disappointing to read your review, which should have been directed to a different company.

PSS moved 31 crates of all sorts of stuff plus furniture out of England to Tenerife for us perfectly. The company they engaged in Tenerife 'World wide Moving and Storage Canary Islands' to deliver our effects from the Santa Crus port to Adeje was very communicative, and their delivery operatives efficient, hard-working, helpful, friendly and professional. All was a complete success and 'World wide Moving and Storage Canary Islands' made it as easy as it could possibly be. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all cost! Complete disaster, delivery 11 days late, not according to agreement at all (seems to have been forgotten, despite written agreements), zero communication. They simply do not care if you are without blankets, towels crockery, knives 6 forks etc. The formal response "You know you are in Spain", it is why we did not contract a "Spanish" company.

I’ve now used them twice for my move from Netherlands to Tenerife and then locally from the north to the south of the island. They are always so friendly and quick to respond! Judit always friendly and amazing ! And the delivery guys are so amiable !! I would use them time and time again for wherever I move as they are super!!! 100/10 recommended!!!

A very good professional company. We have used for storage only but am moving from Tenerife to Gran Canaria soon and will definitely use them for the house move. From beginning to end; collecting packing boxes, (getting more because I cannot count); arranging uplift and storage. Totally professional (and relaxed and empathetic). Marie in the office was great and the lad (sorry he did tell me his name) who collected the gear, was smiling and professional throughout. Thank you all.

Very professional. I used this business about three years ago for a complete move and for storage and they were so careful and considerate with my belongings. Friendly and efficient. Because of this I have asked them to quote for me again for another move and for storage. They are not the cheapest however when you are moving your personal belongings and complete household across the world why wouldn't you want to use the people that you trust! I highly recommend Worldwide Moving & Storage.

We needed to store our apartment contents while renovations were taking place - on the day the team at worldwide moving and storage arrived promptly - carefully packed everything (big strong lads so moving large items not an issue) were extremely careful so that when returned everything was exactly as it should have been. Great communications - we had to rearrange return date and nothing was a problem. Great service!

12th August 2022.....So far so good.....excellent service with packing supplies and uplift! 14th October 2022......all 19 boxes arrived in Scotland safe and sound..... Cannot fault anything about this establishment.....superb service from Tenerife to Scotland......and at a reasonable cost! Highly recommended, professional and efficient shipping company!

We moved from La Gomera to Halifax Canada. The team that packed our goods were very professional. They packed all of our goods for a long trip with a lot care. I cannot say enough good things about the team that packed our house. The trip took a couple more months then agreed but a lot of that was due to the global climate. Everything arrived in one piece and it was delivered door to door. Would use them again and can only hope if I have to move again to find a company like this one.

Wir sind nach einigen Jahren auf den Kanaren gerade von Teneriffa zurück nach Deutschland umgezogen. Meine Frau Lena hatte recherchiert, welches Unternehmen für uns den Umzug organisieren könnte. Wegen der guten Rezensionen hatten wir uns entschlossen, Worldwide Moving & Storage zu kontaktieren. Zu einem ersten Termin zur Besichtigung des Umzugsgutes erschien der Firmeninhaber pünktlich, in Spanien nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ;-). Das Angebot wurde sofort berechnet und präsentiert und war für uns mehr als akzeptabel. Es war fair. So haben wir gerne den Auftrag erteilt. Die nächste positive Überraschung war die Abholung des Umzugsgutes. Die Mitarbeiter der Firma, absolut pünktlich und sehr freundlich, sprachen fließend Englisch, so dass es keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten gab. Die Gegenstände wurde sorgsam aufgelistet und verladen. Die Dokumente wurden noch einmal gemeinsam geprüft. So haben wir uns bestens betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Darüber hinaus hatte sich noch die Notwendigkeit ergeben, einige Dinge per Luftfracht zu verschicken. Auch hier kümmerte sich die Firma um alles, vor allen Dingen, ohne unsere "Notlage" einen Tag vor unserer Abreise auszunutzen. Dafür besonderen Dank. Insgesamt waren unsere Erfahrungen mit Worldwide Moving & Storage so positiv, dass ich mich gegen meine Gewohnheit entschlossen habe, eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Fazit: ich empfehle den Service der Firma ohne Einschränkung und vergebe gerne 5 Sterne. Wenn es 6 gäbe, auch 6...

Great service in tenerife,only two weeks from start to uk. After that it just went on and on, and it was only three boxes. Uk side not good.

We definitely recommend this company. Absolutely outstanding service from all the staff. Great value for money. We stored our personal effects with them whilst relocating to Los Cristianos. Their service was 5 star and couldn't do enough to help us. Special mention for the guys who helped load our van without being asked, also Corne who assisted us throughout the process.

Sind von Teneriffa nach Lanzarote mit dieser Firma umgezogen. Der Umzug wurde sehr professionell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt und das um gut die Hälfte günstiger als das Angebot einer anderen auf Teneriffa ansässigen Firma. Hervorzuheben wäre insbesondere noch Tanja, die uns während des Umzuges mit Rat und Tat zu Seite gestanden gestanden hat. Danke noch einmal dafür. Unser Fazit, absolut empfehlenswert!!! 👍👍👍

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company, they have been amazing. My father passed away and making the move back home has been really hard. They made it hassle free, kept in contact throughout and went out of their way to help us. Genuinely lovely people and very professional.

Eind februari/begin maart is onze verhuizing van Frankrijk naar La Palma uitgevoerd door Worldwide Moving Tenerife. We kunnen er heel kort over zijn, het was in één woord klasse. De supergoede telefonische begeleiding door Colinda, waar we werkelijk met elke denkbare vraag (en dat waren er veel) terecht konden, het inpakken en begeleiding aan de Franse kant en het afleveren van de spullen, uitpakken en op z'n plaats zetten/monteren van de spullen in ons nieuwe huis op La Palma. Chapeau ! Een volgende keer (hopelijk niet te snel) kiezen we zeker weer voor Worldwide Moving en Colinda en haar collega's. Dank !!
