La experiencia en el barco para ver los delfines,fue de lo mejor de las mini vacaciones que he pasado en Tenerife norte, el autobús de recogida muy puntual, al igual k el k nos llevó al aeropuerto. Pero para mí lo mejor de todo fue el trato k nos dio la señora de la agencia donde contratamos ambos servicios. Su amabilidad, educación y sus ganas de ayudarnos para nosotras fue de diez y más, muchísimas gracias por todo Pilar, ojalá hubiera más personas como tú, y no dudes k volveremos a Tenerife y por supuesto contactaré contigo, un abrazo muy fuerte, y reitero las gracias

Eine sehr schöne Tour. Das Boot verfügt über eine begrenzte Anzahl an Liegen. Um eine zu bekommen müsste man schnell sein. Leider war der Seegang ziemlich stark sodass sich einige Gäste nicht wohl fühlten. Diese wurden aber gut versorgt. Während der Fahrt wurden Getränke angeboten und eine Mahlzeit bestehend aus Reis mit Gemüse und Fleischbällchen. Und eine Banane für jeden. Gegessen wurde während der Fahrt was etwas schwierig war aufgrund des Seegangs. Die Fahrt ging zu Los Gigantos. Wirklich sehenswert! Hier hatten wir die Möglichkeit im Meer zu baden. Danach ging es weiter zu den Walen. Hier hatten wir das Glück auch Delphine und fliegende Fische zu sehen. Eine wirklich tolle Tour zu einem guten Preis!

We booked the bus to and from the park and our park tickets with him, he gave us great information and made sure we had a smooth and amazing day trip! La gestión de las actividades y la atención ha sido muy buena. En cuanto a las actividades, la de Anaga estuvo bien; bonita y pintoresca. La del Kayak, el esnorkel fue corto por intentar ir a ver delfines pero fue todo bien.

I’m very disappointed with mytourplan and it saddens me to give a 1 star review as I rarely ever do so but my experience reflects it. I went to the office to directly book three Siam Park tickets and I had asked Susana if I can purchase Fast Pass tickets as I was aware of the queues and wait times due to the Summer Holidays. Susana had falsely informed me that Fast Pass tickets would not be needed as she said weekdays are not busy, so I believed her and purchased the tickets at a higher cost due to mytourplan being a third-party ticketing platform. Then come to find out at Siam Park that there were ridiculously long queues and the average wait time was an hour for each ride!!!! This massively hindered and negatively impacted our experience at Siam Park. We were unable to enjoy ourselves to the fullest due to Susana’s wrong judgment and incorrect answer.

The booking was wrongly fir Spanish language only trip but the tour guide - wonderful woman from the iCanaries was so amazing explaining everything in English for me despite I was the only non Spanish speaker on the trip. She was so kind and nice really made my entire holidays. Loved it.

Wir haben die teide masca Tour gebucht für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind Saßen von den knapp 8h über 5h im Bus. 3x 30min Pause und 1x kurz am Teide plus 1h (Restaurant nicht inklusive) Fand es für den Preis deutlich zu schwach was geboten wird. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Alles inkl. das Essen, da im Bus nicht erwünscht über 200 Euro geht einfach gar nicht. Dann auf Englisch gebucht und soviel Spanisch, dann brauche ich nichts zu buchen. Dann haben wir zusätzlich die Boots Tour gebucht mit der Wal und Delphine Besichtigung. Das Schiff macht auf den ersten Eindruck ein gutes Bild, die Toiletten waren sehr fragwürdig und der Geruch schlimmer als in einer Bahnhofs Toilette. Ich hatte so eine Tour öfters gemacht, aber so noch nicht erlebt. Soviele die sich übergeben haben überall der Urin und brechgeruch, dann die zusätzlichen 25 Euro für die Liegen. Das macht einfach kein Spaß sowas nochmals zu machen. Ich überlege mir das zukünftig 2x. Wollte meinem Kind einen tollen Trip ermöglichen, aber das war so nicht schön.

And about the price, the only excursions which includes the lunch and drinks are the boat trips or San miguel casttle. Maybe for next time! Compramos la experiencia para ir al Loro Parque, nos atendió una chica súper maja, nos explicó todo a la perfección y no reparó en resolver cualquier duda de las que tuviéramos. Sin duda repetiría en reservar aquí para otra experiencia, un 10/10 tanto el trato como la visita al Loro Parque.

J'ai effectué 2 excursions : la première en bus dans le parc national du Teide avec montée en téléphérique et la deuxième un vip tour en mini-bus à La Laguna et dans le parc rural d'Anaga avec déjeuner compris. Les guides ont été parfaits dans leurs explications et se sont adaptés aux caprices des nuages pour la prise des photos.

Wunderschöner Bootsausflug. Transfer im neuen, klimatisierten Bus hat super geklappt. Fahrt mit einem Katamaran incl. Glasboden an der beeindruckenden Küste von Teneriffa entlang. Die Bootsmannschaft sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat alles 5 sprachig erklärt und ein gut schmeckendes Essen serviert. Für den Badestopp sollte man eine Taucherbrille dabei haben. Auf der Rückfaht haben wir viele Grintwale direkt am und unter unserem Boot gesehen. Eine große Gruppe Delfine nutzte unsere Heckwelle um Sprünge aus dem Wasser zu präsentieren. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Geweldige buggy tocht. Echt een aanrader. Niet als een suf treintje achter elkaar aan rijden, maar ook lekker het gas erop en off the road rijden. Leuke gids met een passie voor het eiland. Tip: neem een jasje mee en evt een bandana of sjaal ivm de stof.

Booked in Puerto Del Cruz but staying in Las Caletillas. Solo female traveller for the first time. Needed to get to south to Los Cristianos for pick up, use local bus, all day ticket 10€ bus 111. Catch night bus 711 back. Agent helped with bus information but there’s an app. Info at bus stops. Press button to make sure buses stop but press again if not the one you need. Picked up from advised hotel stop and kept informed that coach caught in traffic. On booking advised travelling solo and asked to be dropped at bus station in Los Cristianos on return, which I’d checked out. Weather very poor, foggy and raining at one point. Guide and driver took us to side of volcano with sun where possible. However two stops at local cafe/restaurant to acclimatise to height and rest stops. Needed to be left in a lay-by for sun set which was sun disappearing behind volcano not into horizon, not very exciting and a lot of time on the coach travelling. Stopped for dinner, very pleasant and food nice and plain. Onto star gazing in a car park with four telescopes, shown three items and talked through constellations. Very very windy and very very cold, provided with thin blankets. Now heading down and dropping everyone at hotels. Guide was fair and dropped everyone in reverse order, advising passengers this would be the case meaning I’d be last. I was last collected so should therefore have been last dropped at bus station. Guide and driver moved quickly to get us back and kindly dropped me sooner. Incredibly kind of them except it wasn’t the bus station I’d checked out and I didn’t have a clue where I was. Difficult to critique for this as they were trying to help but could have been scary. Worked out and I caught the 711 bus back. Be careful that the bus information screens do not always work on the buses, mine didn’t. All day card also failed but played pathetic traveller and driver sorted. Used google maps and moved to the front to follow motorway signs. Easy walk down to hotel. Recommend travelling on buses before hand so you know the drill and area. Also recommend star gazing in the warmer months to hopefully avoid the weather and potential disappointment.

An incredible experience. The tour guide, I've forgotten her name, I think it was Sandra, and driver Moses were professional and feindly. I can't find a single fault in the whole day. The tour to Teide was fantastic amazing views and lots of information from the tour guide. Even the cable car was open this time around. Only issue was the bus had broken seats that was reclined and wouldn't go upright was uncomfortable. Apart from that it was amazing. The tour to see whales and dolphin was breath taking we saw lots of pilot whales, we swam in the sea in a bay. The staff was brilliant. The on bored food very tasty. We was also given lots of knowledge about the island. It was the 4 and half hour tour with underwater views. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Elena, unsere Tourguide spricht alle Erklärungen in 3 Sprachen -wow, für jeden verständlich. Sie erzählt und erklärt kurzweilig, immer für Fragen offen und nimmt sich Zeit für jeden. Unser Busfafahrer, leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht mehr, wahr der absolute Hit. Fantastisch wie sicher er den Bus durch die Serpentinen gelenkt hat und das unter diesen extremen Bedingungen mit Gegenverkehr. Er musste einmal sogar ein Auto aus dem Weg fahren, weil die Insassen überfordert waren und nicht mehr in der Lage waren selbst Platz zu machen. Dabei kam er nie aus der Ruhe und ist immer freundlich geblieben. Hut ab! Alles sehenswerte im Icod de los Vinos, Garachico und Masca haben wir gesehen und dabei einiges von der Geschichte der Orte erfahren. Es war eine tolle Mischung. Auch die Informationen über den Teide Nationalpark, die Wälder, die Vegetation, die Vulkane und die Lava, alles war sehr lehrreich und interessant erklärt. Es war eine fantastische Tour!!! Einen kleinen Nachteil gab es leider doch. Das Restaurant war keine gute Wahl. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, das Essen war kalt und es war im Vergleich zu den Restaurants an der Strandpromenade und insgesamt auf Teneriffa doch ziemlich teuer. Aber das ist ja oft bei solchen Ausflugslokalen.

This was a great experience! Absolutely would recommend! We got picked up, and taken up on the way admiring beautiful views. The star gazing was a phenomenal experience! Never seen anything like it, on a clear day you can see stars, from mount teide you can see thousands it was the most beautiful experience! Even saw Jupiter through the telescope! Did this tour tuesday, from first meeting the two most friendly guys, it was just me and my partner and them.shown the buggy and how to drive it and off we drove following them to the amazing banana plant, they explained and showed us everything, then through the forest and rocky tarine to a beautiful viewing point. We really enjoyed the whole experience and these guys are amazing . Would highly recommend it

Der Reiseleiter war kompetent und hochmotiviert. Er hat uns mit Wissen und Humor die Liebe zu seinem Land übermittelt (einer der 5 besten Reiseleiter in meiner 45 jährigen Reiseerfahrung). Die Reisegruppe hat auch gepasst. Der Reiseleiter hat problemlos in mehrere Sprachen gewechselt (spanisch, englisch, deutsch) und war stets für einen Witz offen. It was very nice to go on a smaller boat with plenty of space and only a few people. The crew is very knowledgeable and nice. We got to see small whales for a long while and the stunning views of Los Gigantes. Unfortunately the wind was not in our favor and we motored the whole time. The boat is old but does it's job fine.

Wycieczka łodzią w poszukiwaniu wielorybów i delfinów była rewelacyjna 🤗 dodatkowo kąpiel w oceanie przy klifie los gigantos. Coś pięknego. Obsługa świetna, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Sprawiali wrażenie jakby bawili się razem z nami, a mimo to byli bardzo profesjonalni. Opowiadanie o różnych faktach w języku hiszpańskim, niemieckim, angielskim jak i polskim było dodatkowym atutem. Świetnie się bawiłam i polecam każdemu taką wycieczkę, jak i ta ekipę!! ❤️

Viaje demasiado largo y cansado de ida, deberían subir por donde se regresó... Acinamiento dentro de la guagua. asientos incómodos super juntos, dificultad para entrar y salir de allí. La comida no va incluida en el coste del viaje y dónde te llevan a comer, la atención es deficiente y el menú no compensa lo mucho que te cobran, de haberlo sabido, nos hubiésemos llevado unos táper con mejor cantidad. Mas es el tiempo que vas pegando a los asientos de la guagua, que lo que disfrutas estirando las piernas... Y ni siquiera nos llevaron hasta el observatorio, o a la entrada del teleférico del Teide... La próxima vez, pediré información en el hotel, en vez de comprar el viaje en esos puestos de venta en el boulevard.

Cuando reservas una excursión de día completo para hacer la visita en todos los puntos emblemáticos, siendo una isla volcánica, las carreteras son limitados en su capacidad y el tiempo de ir de un punto al otro son considerable, acerca de cual nuestro equipo esta siempre a su disposición para concretar hasta los últimos detalles que considera el cliente. Los puntos que mencionas no estaban incluidos en la opción elegido por usted durante la reserva. Quizás para la próxima vez, hablamos de diseñar la experiencia más personalizada a su gusto para mejorar su experiencia de las excursiones. Tour gebucht bei Iza Wir hatten die Tour gebucht mit dem Bergdorf Masca,Garrachio,Icod/Drachenbaum,Teide Nationalpark und Essen im Restaurant im Anschluss. Abhol- und heimbring Zeiten wurden auf jeden Fall zuversichtlich eingehalten. Bis auf den Aufenthalt im Teide Nationalpark wo ich persönlich gerne mehr Zeit gehabt oder verbracht hätte, waren bei den anderen Besichtigung ausreichend Zeit vorhanden. Natürlich kann man dies nicht vergleichen, indem man selbst einen Ausflug an diesen jeweiligen Ort unternimmt, da es in kurzer Zeit komprimiert mehrere Anlaufstellen sind, Fahrzeiten mitgerechnet. Dennoch hat es mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen und es waren sehr schöne Eindrücke und viel zu sehen, ganz entspannt ohne Druck und Hektik genügend Pausen um auch mal auf die Toilette zu gehen. Der Busfahrer hat sein können auf der Straße ins Teno Gebirge auf den Serpentinen bewiesen. Der Guide war sehr sympathisch, hat viele interessante Dinge und Informationen weitergegeben und erzählt sowie auch geschichtliches und das in drei verschiedenen Sprachen, zudem war er in seiner Position seiner Verantwortung bewusst und hat stets beim Verlassen des Busses und wieder einsteigen kontrolliert ob alle da sind und auch alles in Ordnung ist und jeden mal persönlich angesprochen und sich erkundigt wie es einem geht oder ob es einem gefällt sowie fragen beantwortet. Las excursiones muy completas,pero muy descontento con el alquiler de coches,para poder alquilar coche tienes que tener 23 años llevo desde los 18 con carnet y coche propio y tengo buena experiencia y por no tener la edad no me dejaron alquilarlo,por suerte la competencia de la zona entendió la situación y me alquilaron un coche por 3 días y por el mismo precio que te ofrecen my tour plan

Estimado Alvaro, Nos alegramos mucho que han disfrutado de la excursiones. Comprendemos perfectamente tus molestias sobre el alquiler de coche para menores de 23 años. La explicación es muy sencilla. La norma no la implanta My Tour Plan, es la cuestión de aseguradoras. Como comprenderás, no cuesta lo mismo una poliza a una persona de 20 años que a una de 30 años. Aplicamos lo que nos exige la poliza de flota en cuestión. Como sabrás, ninguna aseguradora ofrece a una flota de vehículos un seguro de todo riesgo, esto lo asumen nuestros proveedores con capital propio, para así ofrecer un mejor servicio a nuestros clientes. Lo que no podemos hacer es incumplir con la normativa de la aseguradora. Hay empresas quienes arriesgan y comprometen con la seguridad del cliente frente a situaciones imprevistas. Es algo completamente prohibido en la politica de nuestra empresa, My Tour Plan. Esperemos que igual que MyTourPlan respeta y prioriza a ofrecer un servicio impecable a sus clientes basado en confianza y seguridad de nuestro cliente, ustedes pueden reciprocar esta consideración imprescindible con una apreciación merecida. Absolutely fabulous trip and worth every penny. Guide was very friendly and informative and our driver was amazing. Early pickups close to hotels and regular stops for sightseeing. Not quite enough time at some stops to get drinks and toilet breaks but only because one of our party has a serious health problem but no pressure from the guide. Definitely worth a visit

Thank you for booking the whale watching/ swimming tour at Los Gigantes on board of Flipper Uno for us! Everything went great and we had a wonderful day with a lovely crew! We were lucky to be able to spot a large group of pilot whales and also some dolphins. The ship didn't chase them, the group came to us out of curiodity and swam along with the boat for a while. It way an unbelievable experience :)

Pensé que tres horas era mucho tiempo y se me hizo corto. La tripulación estupenda con un trato genial. Después de ver los calderones y delfines, cervecita y a darnos un baño en los acantilados. Luego paellita y a puerto. Genial, para repetir la próxima vez que venga.

Todo perfecto, con respecto a la excursión en barco, pudimos ver las ballenas Calderón, delfines y hasta una tortuga que nos dijo tripulación del barco que era muy raro verlas. El alquiler del coche todo perfecto; espero que le hayan servido mis explicaciones para que encontráis donde lo dejé estacionado. Muchas gracias Pilar.

Een tour geboekt via my tour plan met een transfer erbij want dat zou zo makkelijk zijn en gaan. Dit ook ruim een week van te voren geboekt en betaald dus alles zou zo moeten kloppen toch? Niet dus want de reservering is nooit doorgezet naar de organisatie van de tour zelf dus toen we bij de bus stonden kregen we te horen dat de tour vol zat en we niet mee konden. Niks eerder hierover vermeld dus een hele dag verpest door slechte communicatie. We werden gebeld NADAT ons werd verteld dat we niet meer mee konden door een andere werknemer die ook nog eens amper engels sprak en niet begreep dat we ons geld terug wilde. Toen naar het kantoor zelf gegaan waar het ook nog lang duurde voor we ons geld terug kregen omdat ze wederom niet veel begreep van wat we bedoelde maar uiteindelijk geld terug gekregen. Dan denk je dit doen ze vaker en toen kregen we het slappe excuus 'sorry augustus drukte' en een shotglaasje als troost maar voor ons was dat allemaal al te laat. Boek je hier iets? Hoop dan maar dat alles goed wordt doorgegeven.

Een week van tevoren hebben wij een boottocht geboekt om dolfijnen en walvissen te spotten. We komen bij de bus aan die ons er heen zou brengen om te horen dat de boot VOL IS. En onze reservering niet doorgezet is naar het bedrijf die de boottocht verzorgd. Onze dag verpest want wij konden niks nieuws boeken. En dan heb je van die mensen daar die geen engels spreken. Leg dan maar eens uit dat je je geld terug wil omdat hun het niet geregeld hebben! BOEK GEEN EXCURSIE HIER!!

Wir haben im Januar 2024 auf Teneriffa über My Tour Plan vor Ort im Office einen Ausflug zum Siam Park gebucht. Dort erzählte uns die dame dass die Fahrt Dauer von Puerto de la Cruz zum Siam Park ca 1-1,5h dauern wird und wir ganz sicher pünktlich zur Park öffnung um 10 Uhr dort sein werden. Der Bus holte uns um 8.30 am Mc Donalds in Puerto de la Cruz ab und klapperte dann noch einige weitere Stops und Hotels ab und war somit erstmal gegen 9.30 auf der Autobahn, dort fuhren wir eine weile bis wir in einem anderen Ort wieder anhielten und weitere leute einsammelten. Letzendlich war der Bus dann statt 1-1,5h sage und Schreibe knapp über 2 Stunden unterwegs, weshalb wir dann auch leider erst um 10.30 an dem park ankamen. Der Park selbst hat nur von 10-17 Uhr auf, heimwärts fuhr der Bus um 17 Uhr los und war auch wieder über 2 Stunden unterwergs. Letzendlich waren wir gegen ca 19.15Uhr zurück an unserem Hotel. Es hat uns sehr verrägert dass uns einfach falsche Zeiten gesagt wurden, uns nicht gesagt wurde dass wir noch einige male anhalten werden um weitere Leute einsteigen zu lassen! Wir verstehen nicht wieso man dort mit einem großen Reisebus fährt wenn man nicht durch die Straßen kommt und da durch einiges an Zeit verliert! Schade! Der Ausflug hat uns Pro Person 61,50€ (19,50€ Bus, 42€Eintritt) gekostet. Wir können My Tour Planer leider nicht weiter empfehlen!

Muy mal nos ofrecioron un Corsa porque tenia un poco mas de potencia para subir al Teide, le dije que lo pusiera en el contrato y me dijo que no sabía la matricula que nos iba a tocar y no lo podía poner. Y aparecieron con un Dacia que casi habia que empujale para que subiera . No contratar sino te ponen la marca t modelo de coche.

I booked an excursion with a guy in the shop and on the day of the trip i got refused entry onto the coach due to the guy having booked me onto the wrong date and so i had to go back to get it sorted and when i did the guy was very rude and sarcastic and tried to make out like i made a mistake and im dumb. His customer service was extremely poor. It all got sorted and i ended up attending it another day but don't like the way i was spoken to and treated

Wypożyczyłem deskę do surfingu i piankę. Sprzęt w bardzo dobrym stanie, ale obsługa powinna się kultury nauczyć i chociaż " do widzenia" odpowiedzieć jak ktoś dał Ci zarobić. Nie wiem czy opinia nie za wysoka za "kulturę" Pana, ale sprzęt dobry- choć drogi.

Nos recomendaron ir a hablar con Luis para que nos buscase una excursión en barco a Los Gigantes para el día siguiente. Gracias a él conseguimos un velero en exclusiva para 8 amigas, con un servicio estupendo. Fue una experiencia inolvidable: comida, bebida, Jaime, Sara, baño en el mar, paisajes, atardecer… Precioso. Louis redet viel und verspricht viel. Er versprach und verkaufte uns eine deutsche Tour, aber die gibt es nicht!!!!! Aufpassen deutsche Touristen wenn ihr kein Englisch sprecht!, denn die sog. deutsche Tour gab es nur auf Englisch!!!!! Er versprach ausserdem eine Seilbahntour, die aber dauernd wegen zu starkem Wind abgesagt wurde. Leider weiß man das als Tourist der zum ersten Mal dort ist ja auch nicht! Wir saßen auf einem dämlichen Autoparkplatz und sahen den Sonnenuntergang, weil die Seilbahn nicht funktionierte. Aber das sagt dir die Firma nicht rechtzeitig. Und das versprochene Abendessen ist ein primitives Sandwich plus 1 Wasser, dafür verlangen sie 9€. Frechheit. Lauter Enttäuschungen für die wir leider viel Geld bezahlten. Als wir unsere Reklamationen machten, erwies sich diese Firma für die Louis arbeitet als unehrenhaft und unverlässlich. Reine Abzoke!!!!!!!!!!!! PS Ich wollte gar keinen Stern geben, aber irgendwie scheint das nicht zu funktionieren. Darum scheint 1 von 5 Sternen auf.

Buenos días, la excursión del Teide con teleférico, desafortunadamente, muchas veces debido a la climatología, la empresa que realizó ese tour, suele cancelar, por motivos de seguridad por vientos o climatología, es un clima de alta montaña y hasta el último momento no se puede saber si estará operativo o no. Nosotros ahí no podemos hacer más que devolverle el dinero del teleférico que no ha sido utilizado, el cual ya le hemos reembolsado. Y lamentamos estos inconvenientes. Reciban un cordial saludo.

OMG what a rip off. Don’t fall for the friendliness of the travel agent named Louis. Here us what he promised and sold us: A GERMAN tour, ( my husband doesn’t speak english) a busride in a small bus up the very very curvy road to Teide, a dinner a ride up the cable car after hours to see the sunset And professional hosted star gazing. Here is what we GOT: English speaking tour guides A large bus with kids starting to vomit in the very very curvy road up ( poor kids, too big of a bus going way too fast), A lame sandwich, a water (merely a snack not to mention a replacement for dinner) Cable car SHUT DOWN (too windy) therefor sunset from a parking lot Full moon and barely any starts visible Needless to say how disappointed we were. Lots of money spent on what was supposed to be a romantic evening. Wrong information by the salesperson who I asked more than once about german speaking tour guides. Hungry participants because there is no other way to get more food once you are up there. Do NOT book!!!!!

Buenos días Ruth, la excursión del Teide con teleférico, debido a la climatología, y al ser un clima de montaña, y de mucho viento, la empresa encargada de realizar ese tour, desgraciadamente, se ve obligado a cancelar el teleferico, por motivos de seguridad. Por otro lado, la carreteras en Tenerife suelen tener muchas curvas, y montañosas, contamos con conductores muy especializados que conducen magníficamente bien. Nosotros lamentamos estos inconvenientes y hemos procedido a devolverle el importe del teleferico que no ha sido utilizado,. Y lamentamos estos inconvenientes que esperamos que sean mejores en otra ocasión. Reciban un cordial saludo.

Quiero destacar en esta reseña el servicio profesional ofrecido desde el minuto uno que conocimos esta agencia de servicios turísticos, en especial de Susana y su compañera, contratamos las excursiones del Teide, camellos y barco. Todo perfecto y gracias a ellas pudimos visitar el Teide por su atención personaliza y dedicación y orientación plena hacia sus clientes.

Uno de nuestros socios afectados de esclerosis, quiso hacer la excursión del velero con la compañía “My tour plan”, nuestro socio comentó su estado, y desde el minuto cero, empezaron a ponerle impedimentos para no realizar la excursión, a pesar de que él, se movía con bastones e iba acompañado de su familia y podía ir perfectamente en cubierta con los demás pasajeros. Nuestro socio, ha realizado muchas excursiones de este tipo y ninguna empresa le ha puesto tantas trabas como esta. Pusieron mil impedimentos para que no hiciese la excursión y en último lugar, tras la insistencia de nuestro socio, reservaron la excursión, les pusieron la excusa de que iba a haber marejada y que no iba a ser viable. Finalmente les devolvieron el dinero, pero no tuvieron en consideración el estado de nuestro amigo y compañero. El sábado 9 de Julio realizó una excursión con otra compañía, sin ningún tipo de problema.

Estamos perplejos ante esta reseña. Una clienta, acudió a nuestra oficina para pedir información sobre nuestras excursiones en barco y le informamos de las que teníamos disponibles en nuestra empresa. Una vez que se le informó, ella eligió un barco en concreto y en ese momento fue cuando nos comunicó que entre quienes iban a realizar la excursión había una persona con movilidad reducida. Ante esta información nuestra compañera le comunicó, que lamentablemente ese barco en concreto, no estaba preparado para embarcar a personas con movilidad reducida, en consecuencia y así facilitar en todo lo posible el disfrute de esta actividad, se le ofrecieron otros barcos que sí estaban adaptados para tal circunstancia, contando con los requisitos exigidos por la normativa de rampas homologadas, aseos adaptados, sujeciones..etc. La cliente no aceptó ninguna de las alternativas que se les ofrecieron e insistía en que quería ese barco que no estaba adaptado, además que alegaba que no había problema porque esta persona contaba con la ayuda externa de sus acompañantes para efectuar esta actividad. Dada la insistencia de la cliente y las dudas que nos surgían para la salvaguarda de la seguridad personal del pasajero, y en un ejercicio de responsabilidad profesional por nuestra parte, nos pusimos en contacto con el proveedor del servicio y responsable del barco, a efectos de preguntar si ese barco asumía esta responsabilidad. La empresa lamentablemente, nos comunica que no pueden realizar la actividad, por no disponer del barco adaptado, y no pudiendo garantizar la total seguridad del pasajero. Por lo tanto, dado que la cliente no quería aceptar las alternativas ofrecidas, nos vimos obligados a devolverle el dinero, ya que no aceptaba las alternativas ofrecidas. En ningún caso se trató de impedirle que realizaran la actividad, sino quisimos ofrecerle una actividad segura cumpliendo con la normativa prevista en estos casos.

En San Telmo encontramos esta agencia de contratación de excursiones. Queríamos visitar el Teide y hacer el paseo en camello. Nos atendió Luis, que nos dió todo tipo de explicaciones sobre las excursiones, incluso sobrepasó su horario de cierre sin ningún problema. La excursión al Teide es imprescindible hacerla, el paisaje es espectacular y la guía con sus explicaciones nos lo hizo más ameno. Hubo fuerte viento y se suspendió la subida en teleférico. El paseo en el Camello Center fué muy divertido. Se nota que los animales de ese pequeño zoo son tratados con mucha limpieza y cariño. La excursión incluía degustacion que más bien era una comida pudiendo repetir cuanto se quisiera. Tuvimos que volver a la agencia para que nos hicieran la devolución del precio del teleférico y en esta ocasión nos atendió Geeta, en un momento la resolvió. Contratamos dos excursiones muy entretenidas en My Tour y ganamos 2 amigos, Luis y Geeta, mejor atención imposible, GRACIAS.

Fuimos mi chico y yo a pasar unos días a Tenerife y caminando un día por el paseo se nos ocurrió preguntar a Luis por las excursiones que había, jajaja él parecía que nos quería vender hasta un seguro de vida jajaja pero de verdad, ahora en serio, es un hombre de palabra nos prometió unos regalos y lo cumplió. Todo un detalle. Gracias Luis. Y ahora hablemos de Susana, nos encantó cómo nos explicó todas las excursiones, cogimos el Royal Delfín, ni que decir, precioso. Al día siguiente fuimos al Sian Park, nos hicieron un pack junto con el Loro parque, que lo visitamos al día siguiente. Un acierto los dos parques. Y el sábado fuimos al Teide en buggy, jajaja fue divertidísimo, Susana me aconsejó el buggy por mi problema de espalda, fue muy atenta y muy agradable y nos hizo un recorrido en el mapa para coger la guagua de allí con horarios y todo. Nuestro viaje fue perfecto gracias a sus consejos. Sin duda volvemos. Un abrazo fuerte desde Valencia, Chic@s.

Todo un acierto sin duda, contratamos todas nuestras excursiones con ellos, en la oficina que tienen dentro del hotel Orotava Experience, y Belén que fue quien nos atendió, nos aconsejo perfectamente, dándonos recomendaciones sobre cómo y qué visitar de la isla, sin duda volveremos a usar sus servicios cuando volvamos.

Pues fue un descubrimiento estupendo por casualidad, ya que habiamos acudido a la oficina de turisom de Puerto de la Cruz pero al ser festivo estaba cerrada (ya les vale), el caso es que dando una paseo por el paseo maritimo descubrimos esta tienda y entramos a preguntar. El hombre que nos atendio amabilisimo, nos explico bastantes cosas y nos dedico un tiempo considderable. Nos recomendo las visitas en los dias que teniamos disponibles, nos organizo la visita al Loro Parque, excursion en barco a ver ballenas, El Teide y Siam Park asi que le cogimos los tickets y al mismo precio que en las propias taquillas de las atracciones, ahorrando de esta forma tiempo y problemas con las gestiones. Es mas la subida al Teide se anulo por nieve y nos lo cambio por otro dia sin ningun problema. Asi que muy recomendable por sus consejos y su amabilidad, quedamos muy contentos.

Huid de ellos. Utilizan toda clase de artimañas y no son claros. Además, no alquilan el coche por día completo (como es lo normal). Por suerte, la competencia de la zona funciona mucho mejor. Os recomiendo que compareis condiciones.

Esta valoración ha quedado a los más abajo y nunca habíamos visto. Nos da much pena que no pudiste valorar nuestros servicios como son. Los empleados invierten mucho tiempo a asesorar a la expectativas del cliente y luego reservar correctamente. Nunca podemos ofrecer debajo del coste y desestimar a nuestro propio trabajo. Hicimos una reserva con ellos y, cuando ya estaba pagado, nos dijeron que no había plazas en lo que habíamos acordado (bautismo de buceo con tortugas en el sur de Tenerife).

Debes entender que son animales en naturaleza y cuando las condiciones de naturaleza no permiten, preferimos avisar el cliente y devolver el dinero con antelación cuando es posible para que no pierden el día de su vacaciones y pueden hacer otros planes. Also sind eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Wir wollten mit der Seilbahn auf den Teide und haben es hier reserviert. Der verkäufer war ein Freundlicher Typ, der sogar früher bei mir aus der Gegend kam. Er hat alles schnell organisiert- wir haben bezahlt-und er meinte wir bekommen eine Bestätigungs E-mail. Falls nicht sollen wir wiederkommen. Hat alles gut geklappt. Als die Seilbahn wegen Wind ausfiel haben wir problemlos unser Geld wiederbekommen. Ich kann die negativen Kommis nicht nachvollziehen. Er macht zwar einen "wilden" Eindruck, war aber sehr nett und wollte uns nichts aufquatschen, sondern hat nur Vorschläge gemacht, falls wir das Geld doch in einen anderen Ausflug investieren wollten. Ich empfehle ihn deutlich weiter!
