Torrox Hub have been so helpful to us with our moving to Spain process, helping us with driving license applications, NIE applications and so much more. We also use them for our PO box which is a great service. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and we would recommend them to anybody

Lovely new couple who have taken over the Hub. So kind, considerate and pleasant. Extremely knowledgeable on procedures and attention to detail is first rate. Assisting us with out TIE renewals and we really cannot fault their service. Cannot speak highly enough about them.

We made an appointment at the Torrox Hub to renew our TIE cards which are up in October. Alina handled all the paperwork and filled in all the appropriate forms and presented them to us. Alina then made the appointments at the Police Station in Torre del Mar and sent us our Cita's All in all, this is a great service from Alina and well worth the money it costs and is very good value They handle the full process from start to finish and I would highly recommend them

My husband & I went to Torrox hub, to sort International driving permits for a trip to USA. Alina was fantastic. She sorted this very quickly & also my Cl@ve. Alina downloaded the Cl@ve on my phone & showed me how to use it. Alina was very patient & took time to ensure we had all the relevant information. I would highly recommend anyone who needs assistance with the Spanish system, to make an appointment with Alina.

A friend recommended that I get my UK passport renewed at Torrox Hub, as he did last year. I am very pleased to say I just got my new UK passport within two weeks thanks to Alina at Torrox Hub. She did the whole process including my photo with this mysteriously complicated 'digital code' that most photo booths/shops in Andalucia can't generate. When you think of all of the running around with forms, post offices, photographers and registered mail, this one-stop service is brilliant. Highly recommended, rapid, safe and quick. Tienen de todo lo que puedas necesitar, hasta material de papelería y prensa. Puedes escanear, imprimir documentos o usar el ordenador, además son un punto de recogida de paquetería. Los dueños son encantadores ♥️ desde luego es un Community Hub en toda regla. ————- Después de un año desde mi comentario sigo opinando que es el mejor sitio de El Peñoncillo. No entiendo cómo hay algunos comentarios malos de gente con tan poca paciencia e incapaz de entender cosas obvias. Seguid así, chicos! Nos encanta veros crecer!!

En contestación a la reseña negativa puesta anteriormente, no entiendo como si el establecimiento está cerrado hoy puede recoger mercancía. Mercadona cuando está cerrado ni recoge ni vende mercancía. Así que mi paquete no debería haberlo recogido si no puede completar el servicio. Además en el correo que he recibido y le he mostrado ponía que podía recoger el paquete YA, HOY, NOW, TODAY. Cómo propietario de un establecimiento debería mejorar el trato para no perder clientes. Agradecería que me explicase como en un día festivo pueden recibir mercancía si están cerrados.

He ido a recuperar mi paquete como me indicaban en el correo de GLS y no me lo han dado argumentando que hoy el sistema no funcionaba. No comprendo porqué ha cogido mi paquete sabiendo que no me lo puede entregar hoy. Incompetencia absoluta por parte del empleado.

Went to see Sam about applying for our NLV have been thinking about the process for couple of years and we were quite anxious about the process, but after a short meeting with Sam we are feeling very positive, we will definitely be using his help over next few months and when we finally move to Spain the Hub is going to be invaluable to us with so many service’s on offer.

This is THE PLACE TO GO! Need help with phone and internet services? This is the place. Photocopies? This is the place. Amazon/DHL returns? This is the place. Spanish registration processes? This is the place. Dinner ideas? This is the place. Sam and Collin are super friendly and knowledgeable. Sam is a registration process genius and Collin has the design skills (and humor - check out his notebooks haha). Definitely recommend, got tremendous help with multiple issues.

Ich habe hier meine Simyo Mobilfunkkarte aufgeladen. Der Shop bietet aber vieles mehr. Aufladen aller Karten. Paket und Postservice. Kopien und vieles mehr. Das Personal spricht Englisch und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Really nice owners, you can have use of their computer, English greeting cards and help with printing and sending parcels, cold drinks and loads of sweets like the old sweet shops. So many people in the area use the hub and even just go in for a chat with Sam and Colin. Really helpful for expats and tourists x

Very helpful as had to send package to NZ. Colin sorted all the paperwork for DHL there and then, great service... oh and they sell mintos... bonus!
