The Smooth Mover

Guillaume and his team have been just amazing. Upon our move in our new appartement, we end up with three big pieces of furniture we couldn’t carry up the stairs (one being a piano). Despite a late call for help, Guillaume came first thing in the next day morning and manage to lift it all up to the second floor and rooftop within an hour, thanks to a crane truck and a great deal of professionalism. We warmly recommend their service!

Professional service. Guys came exactly that time how we agreed. Furniture handling also was very professional, all the covers were remove when everything was installed like legs and so on. Also very good English speaking guys 👍 I know where to get this kind of service next time, thank you guys 💪💪

Wij hadden een belangrijk kunstwerk ter vervoeren en op te hangen , Guillaume en zijn medewerker hebben dit op een professionele manier afgehaald , opgehangen , zonder schade . Als je op zoek bent naar een vervoerder, dan moet je deze kiezen! 10/10 dat ik ze aan iedereen zou aanraden! We hebben een bank besteld en een week voor bezorging werd contact met ons gelegd om een dag af te spreken. Gelukkig spreken ze ook Engels, dat maakte het gemakkelijker voor mij. De dag voor bezorging nog wat details besproken en op de dag van bezorging een berichtje met het tijdslot gekregen. Geen hele dag thuis zitten wachten, maar een keurig tijdslot van twee uren. De mannen waren keurig op tijd, beleefd en hardwerkend. Ik heb eerder ervaringen met transporteurs, maar dit was uitzonderlijk goed! Ik heb geen vinger mogen tillen en ze hebben het bankstel professioneel geopend en geplaatst. Namelijk, eerst de onderkant geopend en toen het op zijn plek stond is pas het plastic aan de bovenkant eraf gegaan. De verpakking is meegenomen en het was alsof ze er nooit geweest waren. Het ging vlot, de communicatie was super en meer hadden we niet kunnen vragen! Top service!! 🏅

They were professional and delivered with the kind of care and precision you rarely experience nowadays. They handled my furniture delivery like absolute rockstars. Guillaume was communicative every step of the way. They set up my furniture with care and patience and Guillaume’s great attitude was the cherry on top! I’ve used many moving services over the years and I can say without hesitation this was the most seamless and elevated experience I’ve ever had.
