This was a very professional, friendly, helpful and speedy service. All my goods (3 cubic metres)which were moved from Coin in Malaga in Spain to the west of Ireland arrived undamaged. Was quoted one amount upon sending a list of everything I had, when the removal men took the stuff I was told it was double what I was quoted, apparently this was a regular occurrence. The behaviour of the owner of the company was atrocious, he was rude and even though it was his mistake he spoke down to me as if I was a piece of rubbish and finally to add insult to injury, my furniture and mirror were all wrapped in bubble wrap and all this had been removed!! God only knows why..I would rather carry my stuff on my back rather than hire these guys again! Do not get near them..I wouldn’t not even with a barge pole!!

Quick, easy communication and the guys were pretty fast and efficient at packing, moving then installing at the new house without any breakages. Thank you!

Very professional removers and storage

I think I dodged a bullet here. One phone call was the extent of my experience with this company. I called to ask for a quote and I was put off with the rudeness of the person who answered. He just refused to give me any useful information over the phone. From other reviews it seems my experience with rude employees (owner?) is not unique. Good riddance.

Not only do they have all the right skilled & profesional removers to handle all kind of heavy, large & awkward furniture, but they manage everything with so much care, as if it were there own belongings. We all know how stressful the organisation of moving house can be, you want to survey everything to make sure all your personal items are cared for & it all runs smoothly. But with Murray Harper I can just leave them to it and they have always made sure everything arrived impeccably, on time & with smiles. I will be using them again in 2 weeks time 🙏🏼😇

Duquesa to Bridgwater.....We have used Murray Harper twice in 13 years and both times received first class door to door service. From our first contact with Matthew until delivery in the UK all went smoothly . We were kept informed from first contact until drop off in Bridgwater. The team were all courteous and hard working, we were also very comfortable with the price too. First class service from start to finish! Excellent .

Only put one star because there was no minus star.Rude and offensive staff and that was the apparent owner Mr Matthew Harper completely useless at dealing with things in a diplomatic way.

Terrible experience. The staff are unorganised and rude, asking us for our address three times before our boxes arrived and getting angry at me when i highlighted that it was their job to know this. THEN upon arrival the movers broke a lamp and a photograph. They said they would repair the photograph it and mentioned reimbursing us for our lamp. Three months later, we had not received any news. When contacted, i was informed we were not insured for the lamp and that the photograph would be fixed, although we are still waiting.

If you want to be treated as a valued client and you are looking for good service and communication do not use this company. The proprietor is belligerent and unpleasant. Terrible experience.
