The Moving Company has been outstanding. As an international student, I needed to store my belongings over the summer and have them delivered to a new address when I returned in September. The whole process was seamless: they clearly explained every step by text, collected my things in under ten minutes, confirmed receipt right away, and later delivered everything just as quickly on my return. On top of their efficiency, the team was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and will definitely use their services again in the future!

The Moving Company helped me move from Segovia to Madrid and it was really the best experience I could’ve asked for. They made the whole process very seamless and were always on call and available in case I needed anything (they answered texts within minutes even on weekends). My boxes arrived in great condition and nothing was even broken or damaged despite the fact that I had many fragile items. They are very punctual with their timings and are quite flexible with anything you need. I think considering the fact that they not only move everything and store it but also offer the convenience that they do, their prices are very reasonable (considering the rent us IE students would be saving throughout the summer) and this is a very good moving option I would definitely recommend. I used Moving Company to store my luggage for a few months after studying abroad in Madrid and they provided great customer experience at a very reasonable price. Even accounting for the delivery costs, I found it was more economical than renting a locker for short-medium term storage in the city. They were also very timely when picking up and dropping off my suitcases and my bags were brought back in the mint condition.

I contacted them a week prior to moving and they were super responsive. Handled everything with care and helped pick up and bring everything into the apartment!

We hired the moving company to move all our belongings (including furniture...) from Madrid to Galicia, and we are beyond happy with the outcome and the amazing service that they have provided us with. They wrapped all the furniture perfectly, moved it all inside the house (not at the door) and helped us with screwing back some furniture together. Stored the luggage close to the airport while on a longer trip. They picked up the stuff in the airport which was great between close flights. Communication was clear and straight forward, no hidden fees. Recommended and trustworthy :)

El mejor servicio de almacenaje que podéis encontrar.

A pesar de recibir un presupuesto bastante alto, contraté y pagué por adelantado una mudanza de muebles y electrodomésticos. Ellos contrataron a un tercero para hacer el servicio. Los que realizaron la mudanza solo embalaron parcialmente un colchón, los muebles y electrodomésticos fueron a pelo dentro de una furgoneta. El resultado, varios muebles golpeados y rayados durante el transporte y la descarga. Para esa calidad de servicio, te pillas a uno de los que trabaja fuera de los IKEA y la mudanza te sale la mitad de lo que me cobró esta empresa.

On top of all that, they offer services that are above and beyond simple storage like picking up your items, moving them to and from their facility, and even shipping. If you need storage in Madrid, the Moving Company is who you want.

Honestly, I wouldn't know what to do if it weren't for The Moving Company. My Spanish isn't the best and finding another company was a hassle as they weren't very accommodating to my needs.
