Crown helped me moving from Portugal to Spain. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process - from the initial alignments until the final delivery. They did everything with high professionalism and attention to detail. All my belongings arrived in perfect condition, without the slightest damage. Also, I hugely appreciate the high flexibility they offer in terms of dates for pick-up/delivery and their willingness to help adjust based on the customer schedule. I would also like to specifically highlight the excellent work done by Oyindamola. She consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting and facilitating the entire process, with exceptional efficiency and enthusiasm. Crown Relocations has done great job making my move from London to Madrid smooth and stress-free. Very efficient and quality service. I had no problems and was lucky to receive my goods in the new city even earlier than expected, all goods arrived in great condition. Andres, who was my main point of contact, was great communicator, answered so many of my questions (it’s my first big move so I had many) and was always there to help. I appreciate that I was always kept up to date with the process and even with the potential delays due to issues on the roads. I appreciate the transparency. Overall the experience has been great. Crew Team incredibly professional and fast in their work. Crown provided in a timely manner all the documentation necessary for the Relocation. It was very easy to follow and very well explained. Satisfait par le service fourni par Crown Relocations dans le cadre d'un déménagement entre la France et l'Espagne. Rien de cassé, tout était très bien empaqueté ! Le mois de stockage dans leur entrepôt est très utile. J'ai vraiment apprécié le professionalisme du conseiller qui s'est occupé de la planification et du suivi de mon déménagement, il était très réactif en plus de faire preuve de proactivité. Un objet de valeur a été perdu lors du déménagement mais l'assurance a couvert la perte sans aucun problème.

Pésima segunda experiencia la que estoy teniendo. La primera de ellas (hace 12 años) fueron atentos, cuidadosos y en todo momento sabían lo que pasaba con mis pertenencias. En esta segunda experiencia, me rompen la pata de un mueble por no saber manipularlo (el ejecutivo que me vendió un carísimo paquete de mudanza me dice que los trabajadores vieron que la pata estaba en mal estado y "se quebró", así, por arte de magia. Si hubiese estado mal la pata, con mayor razón habría que tener más cuidado). Pido fotos de objetos delicados por los que pagué un empaque en cajas de madera y me mandan fotos de otros objetos... nefasto. Crown te da la posibilidad de sentirte 100% inseguro y nervioso porque no sabes lo que está pasando en su almacén, no sabes si ellos saben cuáles son tus pertenencias, creen lo que dicen los empacadores con tal de no aceptar un error a pesar de que es totalmente ilógica su defensa y, en fin... si quieres estar a 10 mil kilómetros de distancia con el nerviosismo de no saber lo que pasa con tus cosas, contrátalo.

Careful! I paid 17.000 EUR in advance for my house move and they did not come on the promised date and time to pack and pick up my house move. I am still waiting to know when they will come. Don’t pay in advance as I did! Terrible service. Lots of promises but delivery is not there. I am now super scared to see how the move will finally go.

Very professional service, both the preparation/planning as well as the execution of the move. Friendly crew (from Spain). Furthermore Crown supported us with finding a new house in the area and provided us settling in services, e.g. tenancy contractual support, insurances, immigration support etc. All aspects of the service were handled very professional, knowledgeable and very effective and with a good coordination from the HQ in Madrid. So in short, we were very satisfied with the support we received from Crown Relocations Madrid and it helped us greatly to settle in the Bilbao area.
