After 24 years of owning a property on the Costa Blanca the time had sadly come to sell. I needed to find a reputable company to transport much of the valued contents back to my home in the UK. Like many, I would imagine, this task has the potential to cause a lot of stress if you don’t find a good team. ‘SilverFox’ had been recommended by my Estate Agent so I called the owner, Andrew Waite to enquire. I was impressed by his attitude and immediately felt in trustworthy hands. Excellent communication from Day One with not only Andrew himself but also from lovely Denise in the office, who made all the financial & admin side of things so straightforward and with good humour. Prior to collection day, I was supplied with plenty of super strong assemble boxes and quality wrapping paper. On the day, the Spanish based team of Michael, Jordan and Carlos arrived on the dot and did an amazing job wrapping, organising and loading the contents with great care in extreme July temperatures. They were friendly, efficient and professional and made what could’ve been a stressful experience into a relaxed, fun one. We even made time for a well earned cuppa ! 10/10. Andrew honoured the estimate and I was given an estimated delivery time of about 3 weeks. However, a few weeks later, following an unavoidable situation with the schedule of their long distance Arctic lorry, I was told that they anticipated a delay with my load leaving Spain. My heart sank ! I was due to have an Hip replacement very soon & was warned the load may well not arrive until after the Operation date, when my mobility would be seriously compromised for some time. Not ideal ! I completely understood and they were clearly as disappointed as I was. However- After briefly discussing my options, much to my astonishment, instead of waiting for the Arctic, Andrew made the bold and swift decision to load my contents onto one of his fleet of smaller vehicles and drive it to the UK himself, to ensure the load was delivered in plenty of time prior to my operation ! I was absolutely shocked but delighted ! Andrew kept me well informed during the journey via WhatsApp and even arrived at my UK home bang on his ETA! Everything on board was in perfect order. I was truly overwhelmed by this gesture and extremely grateful. I’d like to praise Andrew for this amazing service which I had not expected. He is a personable, honorable and clearly dedicated hard working man and this attitude extends to all of his team. We used Silverfox for a part load removal of household contents from Spain to the UK. We cannot praise them enough for their professional and efficient service. Andy provided us with a fixed price quotation which included storage in both Spain and the UK in order to fit in with our travel arrangements. The items were collected on the agreed date and time by a couple of friendly and helpful guys who handled all the packages with care. Upon our arrival in the UK we were contacted by Silverfox who had arranged for delivery to be made.the following week. First class service all round and highly recommended.

Awful Service! Very unprofessional at every level. Several items were broken upon arrival and most items were packed very poorly. I am still waiting for a response to file an insurance claim. Do not use!

Being ex-military we have moved house more often than most people. We have used some of the famous names in the removals industry. We have never had service as good as that provided by Silver Fox. The team who moved us were quick and effective. They cared for our belongings and not one thing was damaged.Despite our heavy furniture having to be carried up an awkward staircase we heard not one word of complaint. Excellent company.

Silverfox gave me an estimate for removal from Spain to England and that was the price - no extras, no surprises. 3 men came and did all the packing carefully wrapping every item, including my furniture, and boxing it up. Everything was delivered to the UK exactly when I was originally told and carefully unloaded and placed in rooms as I indicated. Not I single item was damaged. Thank you Andrew the very patient Denise and all involved. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used silverfox for our home storage whilst moving from France to Spain for a month or so. They were exemplary as although we'd arranged for a Monday morning drop off, the van we'd hired had a problem and meant we needed to drop the furniture off asap, and as it happened we managed to limp it to silverfox on the Sunday which we'd managed to arrange this by phone urgently as we were limping it along! We used them to perform the removal to our house on completion and were very efficient and friendly. Great teamwork. Great company. Recommended.

Cannot recommended this company enough. Professional, efficient, smooth communications all the way from pick up in Spain to delivery in the UK. The whole team were super all worked very hard. The packing team took such good care of each and every piece, nothing was a problem. The UK team were equally professional and worked very hard unloading and again taking such good care of each piece of furniture. The ladies in each office UK and Spain were so helpful, tracking the shipment and keeping us updated on the delivery, not only to the day, but time of arrival. An excellent service from Andrew and the team including Denise, Glen and the boys. Without their care, advice and timing our move within Javea could have been painful.

Moving is always stressful up until the last minute. I was totally amazed that Andrew at Silverfox dealt with our mountains of boxes and trees and plants plus furniture so effortlessly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend them.
