Cooper Removals (Mudanzas Cooper)

We used Cooper Removals yesterday and have to say the guys were great and nothing was to much trouble . My thanks to Danny and his crew for all their efforts and Amparo in the office. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need a removal company .

Somos la organización ADMA, desde que ocurrió la DANA en Valencia estamos llevando muebles a las familias que se quedaron sin hogar. Es una tarea muy difícil por lo pesado y voluminosos que son los muebles! Pedimos ayuda a Cooper Removals y pusieron un camión enorme a nuestra disposición, con dos trabajadores increíbles. Llenaron el camión a tope y se pasaron toda la mañana repartiendo muebles a las casas afectadas, con mucha profesionalidad y mucho amor. Todos super agradecidos. Muy contento con la empresa muy profesionales y atentos. Estaba preocupado debido a las reseñas de los años anteriores ya que no las veía muy buenas pero al final tras concretar las cosas y cuadrar las fechas la mudanza ha ido muy bien. Me parecieron muy profesionales se encargaron del permiso de aparcamiento y del montacargas , Amparo de la oficina muy atenta en todo momento contestado a mis dudas y mensajes. Andy el encargado de los trabajadores ha gestionando bien el trabajo y siempre el resto del personal también muy amable y cuidadoso. No he tenido ninguna cosa rota y todo ha llegado bien empaquetado y protegido por eso quería recomendar está empresa ya que las reseñas me echaban para atrás. Espero que esto sirva para otra gente que necesite una empresa de mudanzas competente y eficaz. Gracias Cooper Removals! Very happy with the company, very professional and attentive. I was worried due to the reviews from previous years as they didn't seem very good but in the end after getting things done and setting the dates the move went very well. I found them to be very professional, they took care of the parking permit and the forklift, Amparo from the office was very attentive at all times answering my questions and messages. Andy, the head of the workers, has managed the work well and the rest of the staff has always been very kind and careful. I haven't had anything broken and everything has arrived well packaged and protected, that's why I wanted to recommend this company as the reviews put me off. Absolutely the best moving experience I have had. Friendly, helpful and skillful gentlemen who spoke English and Spanish. Cooper's stepped in to help when another moving company failed to perform the job properly. Highly, highly recommended.

Mi familia contrató con esta empresa el servicio de guardamuebles en contenedor y se depositó a su cuidado una serie de muebles de muy alta calidad,se pagó religiosamente el servicio durante 22 años!!!!....la sorpresa fue cuando mi madre procedió a la recogida de los muebles al cabo de todo este tiempo,la mejor pieza que era un mueble de madera de nogal grande desmontado en piezas,apareció en mal estado,golpeado y con la ausencia de una de sus partes.......Tras hablarlo con la empresa y asegurarnos que darían solución......no hemos tenido contestación desde hace dos años!!!!!! Es brutal que tras haber pagado un servicio durante 22 AÑOS.....te encuentres con algo así. Visto lo visto mi madre está dispuesta a tomar acciones legales. Es verdaderamente increíble la falta de respeto,la falta de palabra,la falta de profesionalidad y la falta de ética que demuestra esta empresa.

We moved from the United States to Benitachell, Spain and used this terrible company. BIG MISTAKE!! They damaged our vintage terra cotta floors bringing in our furniture and even though one of the movers took a photo right after he damaged the floor Mr. Cooper, the owner denied that his mover did the damage and refused to pay for it to be repaired. Plus, they lost several of our items. The cost of the move far exceeded the original quote. Beware of this company as they will pretend to be nice until they have your money. I could go on and on but I think anyone reading this will get the picture. Of course they will respond with how great they are and many years they have been here, etc. but that has no bearing on how we were treated. There are other negative reports regarding Coopers Removals so please check them out as well.

Do not use this company they are very unprofessional and dont give a damn once they have your money. I contracted Coopers to collect and deliver my furniture to the uk and paid them handsomely for the privilege. They repaid me by sub contracting the transporting of my goods to another uk company Brittaina Lanes who delivered my property damaged and covered in boot Mark's They seem to think that their behaviour is ok. Absolutely brilliant. Excellent service from the office to the removal team. Cannot recommend highly enough. Definitely would use them again.

Dreadful service. Don't use this company. They were happy to take payment to move our belongings back to UK but then stopped all communication with us. They don't answer phone calls unless we use a number they are not familiar with. They don't answer our emails. Meantime we are still waiting for our things. Apparently they subcontracted the move to uk but Coopers refuse to give us any contact details if the new firm. This is as bad as it gets

Terrible terrible service. Arrive a few days late and arrived at 9pm. Items missing. Then told some left in warehouse. As pensioners, we were really at the mercy of this horrid company. Avoid at all costs. We were overcharged and badly served.
