What a fantastic service they turned up on time were very friendly and helpful with the advice on packing. It was all put in storage until it was convenient for us for delivery. The same on delivery the two guys were friendly and unloaded everything to where we wanted it. It was a pleasurable experience alround

Great service really helped out my elderly mother move her possessions back from Spain to the UK. on receiving the furniture etc everything was still packed, no signs of being manhandled better than an Amazon delivery

Thanks to Emma and her team the only part of our transfer to Spain that went without problems was getting our many boxes over there! As they were extra busy Emma delivered our goods herself. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to move.

No te da información suficiente del lugar perdido en mitad de los bancales. Cuando estás ya cerca dice que no te atiende, culpa tuya si te pierdes. Todo para volver unas horas después a las 6:30am del día siguiente, por capricho de la señora. Si te gusta perder tiempo y pasear, aquí te dejo mi terrible experiencia.

This company is a disgrace. They collected goods from us in Spain were late delivering to the UK. When the goods arrived there was significant damage. Also there were missing items which they said had been shipped but then mysteriously after we insisted they were missing found them and sent them later.They initially said that they would claim on their insurance and reimburse us for the damage ( TV and Fridge )They then changed their mind saying Customs had damaged the goods , customs wrote to confirm they had arrived damaged and wouldn't pay it . After months of chasing Premier ( who never return calls when they say they will) are refusing to pay us. Be very careful if you are thinking of using this company

Would never use again, lost loads of my belongings. Bet they flogged what was mine and what was not theirs. They are not interested in complaints they don't know how to deal with them. Did they lose my belongings or did they sell them?

Emma's team at Premier Removals have managed to damage multiple items in our move earlier this year. I accept that accidents do happen and I have ignored the various minor breakages, however I am naming and shaming them as it is thier lack of a complaints procedure, ignoring multiple emails, a general refusal to engage in dialog and the blaming of the HMRC Borderforce, when clearly the fault lies with poor packing and handling procedures within their own staff.

Avoid at all costs! Damaged our belongings, refused to engage in any proper discussion on compensation, refused to issue IVA invoices, required payment to personal bank accounts of the directors and other staff, not the company account; failed to provide Hoja De Reclamaciones when requested.
