We used Premier Relo for our move from Barcelona to Toronto in July 2025. Their partners in Toronto were Armstrong. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Friendly and professional staff. Job well done.

Phil and his team at Premier Relocation Spain were AMAZING. I had to move very quickly due to unforeseen circumstances. I was given Phil’s contact by another person who highly recommended them. I had to move within a very short period and therefore Phil went full steam ahead, doing everything to try make it possible and save me from having to put all my furniture in storage and stay in a hotel. He got his team together, and I was able to relax. Full communication in the days - e mails and calls letting me know how it was going. His team of guys arrived as arranged, with happy vibes and ready to go, they worked incredibly and within a couple of hours my whole apartment was packed including all my special big mirrors, chandelier lights, sofas taken apart where needed and wrapped perfectly. My new apartment was 5 floors up with only a small lift, and at the back of building not allowing a street lift. The team carried all big pieces up the 5 flights. Their positivity and the set up of my new home was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better team and Phil himself turned up to see that all was going well. Best move so far, nothing was damaged. Highly recommend.

We were anxious about shipping our possessions from Southern California to Barcelona, Spain, but James Brossi at Premier Relocation made it easy and efficient every step of the way. He explained the process, answered our many questions, addressed our many concerns, and made sure we were updated and informed every step of the way. Our things were picked up on the date and time promised, and everything arrived in perfect condition. From pick-up to delivery, it took 12 weeks. We may have been able to save some money using another company, but James was so knowledgeable and efficient that we decided to not price shop and pay for peace of mind. We made the right decision! We always felt like we were in good hands and I can't recommend James and his company more highly.

We had the pleasure of using Premier Relo with our recent relocation to Thailand. Excellent service and was always informed from the 1st minute till delivery of our goods where we are in the process- no info left out and there were no hidden costs. Staff is accommodating and very helpful. Recently moved from Spain to the UK. Every aspect of the move was taken care of by James and his team. All dealing with customs and insurance which made the move a lot easier than I thought it would. The team were on site on Thursday and packed labeled everything as we wanted it. Then five days later the goods arirved in the UK. Different team to unload but yet again very helpful. I recently moved from Barcelona, Spain to Los Angeles, California all during the craziness that the Covid brought upon the world. James came out to look at all I had to move and walked me through the entire process; he let me know what to expect at both ports and the migration through the exit customs and the entry customs. He explained everything very thoroughly. Even though I didn't understand some of it, the complexities of shipping a large amount of freight is not something I'm used to, but I did trust him and his team, to efficiently and effectively under take such a complex arrangement. He was confident with the process and I put my full confidence in him and his team. The team came out to pack up and inventory everything from customs. They packed efficiently and took great care in making sure everything was safe and secure of the voyage. On the receiving end (Los Angeles), which arrived exactly when I was expecting it, had to be stored because I was not quite ready to receive it. The shipment seamlessly when into storage and then back out for the local delivery when I was ready. I would HIGHLY recommend James and his team at Premier Relocation as I felt the whole process, which was daunting to think about at first) ended up being even smoother than a local move. Bravo to your entire team, James. I always felt I was in good hands! All aces!

James is a professional service provider who will address any unique need no matter how painful it might be to execute on his end! I have moved with him 2.5x (he unpacked me from NYC to ES but didn’t do the NYC part) and did a move from BCN to GIRONA and then to Italy for me. Each time seamless and top notch! I don’t care if he’s more expensive - quite frankly didn’t even check for the moves bc I couldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the service, i used the service of moving personal effects from Spain to Saudi and everything was in order. I have not unpacked but there was a minor damage on one of the cabinets probably from custom inspection. Otherwise, all was good

We had a very positive experience with Premier Relocation Spain. My family and I moved from Spain to the UK. Our previous removals company pulled out at the last minute and when we got in touch with James at Premier Relocation Spain just two weeks before the move he was able to book us in with no problem. He came around before the move to check our flat and discuss how they planned to move all the different items. Ours was a slightly complicated move in that our flat was already partly furnished and only some of the things in the flat needed to be moved. We had no problem however communicating what needed to be shipped and when they came to pack everything they were very efficient and quick. James kept us updated throughout the move with the current status and the delivery was swift and smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Monarch moved our three bedroom flat from London to Sitges Spain. From the beginning they were responsive and easy to work with and best of all our items reached Spain easily without issue. Our move was tricky because Covid happened right in the middle so we were stuck in a different country. They made a complicated situation very easy for us by storing our items until we were ready. I highly recommend them.
