I waited over an hour for the bus to move When I request a refund they refused saying ‘we did provide the service’ despite the utterly unacceptable quality of service They also lied about the departure time when I complained it to make it look like ‘it’s within one hour’ What a waste of time they should be ashamed for lying

Terrible experience! I booked a shuttle bus for me and my 8 year old dauther from Barcelona airport to Llorrt de mar.But shuttle direct has the other agency who is providing the tranfer and they are terrible.My flight was 4 hours late and we came at 2am which off course is not their folt but also nobody from agency contacted me to tell me that they will not wate for us. When we landed I was very suprised that there is no representative from the agency while other shuttle agency was working normal. I was not the only one, another man also came and he was also shocked that there is no anyone at the counter and his flight was less then hour late. After 15 minutes another man also came. We had to call the the agency to find out that representative will come at 8am in the morning and that first shuttle bus is around 9am. So it was not possible to spent around 7 hours on airport with a child to wate for a bus. There should be a warning if they dont have organised shuttle buses during the night. My flight was very late, but flights of another people not so much. If we knew that we would hire another company. Actually I found out that between 11pm and 9am they dont have any bus so if your flight is late at night you will have to wait whole night to get a transfer.

Horrible! Más de hora y media esperando el autobús, más 40 minutos de cola en los mostradores, para encontrarte con personas muy poco empáticas y desagradables. No lo recomiendo, ni lo volvería a usar. 3 horas para llegar a nuestro destino desde que aterriza el avión

Endlose Schlange am Schalter , nach 40 Minuten sagte die unhöfliche Angestellte sie wüsste nicht genau wann der Bus kommt , Stunde oder länger , wir sollen in der Halle warten wo schon unzählige frusttrierte Kunden saßen. Unglaublich , der letzte Laden , haben uns dann ein Taxi nach einer Stunde geholt, hat sich natürlich keiner mehr um uns gekümmert.

ShuttleDirect beauftragt eine Firma, diese beauftragt ohne uns in Kenntnis zu setzen eine andere Firma. Fazit: Bus kam nicht, Geld wird nicht zurückerstattet, mussten auf eigene Kosten ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellen. Nach langem hin und her redet sich ShuttleDirect fein raus indem es nur sagt, wir sind nur Vermittler und können über Rückerstattungen nicht entscheiden. Bloß nicht hierüber buchen..

Sehr empfehlenswert! Die Fahrer waren sehr nett und pünktlich. Das Auto (Mercedes Bus) war sauber und geräumig. Der gebuchte Kindersitz war auch dabei. Die Kommunikation bei Fragen ist bequem über WhatsApp gelaufen. Kann ich weiterempfehlen! Der private Transfer ist deutlich entspannter und schneller als mit einem üblichen Bus 🙂

Alles Bestens. Der telefonische Support nach kurzfristig geänderten Flugdaten war perfekt und unkompliziert. Eine Änderung der Abholzeit war ohne Probleme möglich. Der Fahrer war beide Male überpünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt und verstaute zuverlässig unsere zahlreichen Gepäckstücke ( u.a. Fahrräder). Strecke war Palma Airport - Alaró. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cliente già da 1 anno, ho scelto ancora una volta il servizio Shuttle, di fatti è dimostrato come l'anno prima semplice e preciso. Per i clienti che non conoscono il servizio, c'è da sapere che una volta prenotato A/R vi arriverà poi una mail che indica il luogo di ritrovo del prelievo e l'orario.

Be carefull they decieve the costumers with false advertise saying on the voucher one drop zone and then drop you 500m away or more. For Benidorm use Beniconnect

Waited 1 hour in an overcrowded mini bus. AC was not working properly. No updates were received from driver.

Very good price but the trade off is that it will take much longer than a taxi. Very clear instructions via email on pick up, drop off etc but I found the number of stops and the distance between them a bit of a struggle. 45 min wait before we left the airport, loads of drops off so what would have been a 50 min direct drive took 2.4 hours

Te confirman por mail el lugar de salida y después resulta que es otro sin que te hayan avisado (perdí el autobús que debía llevarme al aeropuerto y tuve que pedir un taxi; un desastre). En la letra pequeña dice que el usuario debe ponerse en contacto con la compañía de transporte para conocer el lugar de salida (esto lo leí cuando ya era tarde). No les costaría nada comunicarlo por mail, o al menos dejar bien claro que el usuario debe contactar con la compañía de transporte. Empresa muy poco transparente, en absoluto recomendable.

Booking the transport service through the website was a seamless process. The website provided clear instructions on how to reserve and the information was also received promptly by email. Upon our arrival at the airport, we were greeted by a representative holding a sign with our group name. The guide then escorted us outside to our waiting transportation. Only five minutes later, a bus arrived and took us directly to our hotel. The driver was not only friendly but also offered assistance with our luggage. During our return journey, we were pleased to have the same level of service. The driver arrived at the hotel on time and was once again very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience with this transportation service and would definitely consider using them again if we visit Majorca in the future. The efficiency and punctuality of the service were exceptional, and the driver's assistance and friendliness made the entire experience much more enjoyable. It was a relief to have everything go smoothly and according to plan, especially when traveling to a new destination. I would highly recommend this transportation service to anyone in need of reliable and comfortable transport to and from the airport.

Cancelaciones con coste cuando en ningún lugar de la web aparece que el cancelar una reserva lleve un cargo. En las preguntas frecuentes explica cómo cancelar pero omiten que cobran por ello. Casi nadie cobra por cancelar una reserva y menos cuando faltan más de 4 meses para la fecha, aquí sí lo hacen. Cuidado con esta gente.

Seriedad y buen trato

Would not recommend, it took us almost an hour to find the right bus. And then we waited another hour on the bus before it left. The bus driver barely said a word to us when we asked him if we were in the right place. I won’t be using shuttle transfers again unless i don’t have any other options

Pessima scelta. Atteso 1 ora esatta dentro al pullman prima.di partire per arrivare al nostro hotel. Consigliato e prenotato tramite tripadvisor.
