A fairly poor experience. Pick up at Palma airport was in a tatty minibus with no working air conditioning. Then at drop off were asked to pay an additional €30 for our bike boxes, despite having specifically mentioned them in the booking. Return taxi was over 30 minutes late which was a bit stressful.

The company passed our booking to another provider but failed to pass on our explicit, in writing, luggage requirements. Thankfully the driver from Mallorca Cabs was very helpful and able to accommodate us by making arrangements with another taxi. Thank you Mallorcacabs who saved the day.

I booked a taxi through this company after reading some recommendations on a forum for Puerto Pollensa taxis and was not disappointed. They were really communicative by email whole I was in the UK, whatsapp when we arrived in Palma Airport and in person when I popped in to reconfirm our return journey. It was a seamless pick up and drop off from the airport. I was even able to request a child car seat which was set up and ready to go. Friendly, professional and a super service!

Hemos contratado los servicios de esta empresa el fin de semana del 11 de septiembre al 13 de septiembre de 2020. Era Covid. El trato con ellos previo a través de correo electrónico fué perfecto, instrucciones claras. A la llegada puntualidad y a la vuelta lo mismo. Fantástico. Coche de primera marca, nuevo, muy limpio. Muy recomendable.

awful, didn't turn up and left us waiting with no apology or call as to why they did not tun up, and wouldn't answer their phone. would not use or recommend if you are after a reliable taxi company

Ordered taxis from here multiple times. The first time the taxi 15 minutes late, and we couldn't find it because the taxi didn't go to the right place. The second time we waited over half an hour and the taxi didn't turn up so we had to order one from another company (taxi pollenca) which arrived 10 minutes after ordering.

3 dies seguits he anat en taxi desde una finka fins al port de Pollença. Cap pic ha costat igual (9€, 10€ i avui 11€) i avui he hagut d'esperar 50 minuts per un taxi i a causa d'aixo he arribat mig hora tard a la feina. Entenc que alomillor hi ha molta feina pero la dona amb a qui he xerrat no m'ha donat cap estimació de quant de temps hauria d'esperar.

3 days taking a taxi the exact same way, all 3 days different prices. Today we waited 45 minutes for a pickup, when the taxi rank is only 5 minutes drive away. Very disappointed in the service.
