I have used Taxis Conde and have been coming to Palma airport. 5 times in 3 years. The website is very easy to use, I do email,pick up times from airport, and the returns and always get quick responses. This is backed up on WhatsApp giving directions to the meeting point after baggage and security is done. Further WhatsApp a day before from José confirming the pick up point and times. I have done party's of 2, 4 and 10 not a problem It makes a stress free service missing all the queuing waiting for a taxi. Brilliant service very recommended! Vehicle's are clean very spacious. All the driver's are polite and casual smart dressed. Great price. I have used this service today 18.09.2025 holiday return and the driver even tried missing some traffic i have never known before. I have already booked my holiday for June 2026 and mentioned I will be booking again.

Taxis Conde provided a first-class service for our family to and from Palma airport. Both drivers arrived early (having confirmed the times with us by text prior to arriving) and both were very friendly. They had a variety of car seats for the children and really seemed to care about making sure the kids were in the best seat for their size. Used for airport transfers for six with bike boxes. Reliable, friendly, efficient helpful drivers with clean and decent quality mini buses. Super value for money and so much better than bus or coach transfers as its door to door without any drop offs in different hotels. Price was a factor and worked out only €7 more (each) than the bus for 6 of us. Used for PP to Andratx on a Monday as Mallorca Shuttle does not run on Monday's. Eight people plus bikes was €25 each so nearly half price of other shuttle companies. Bikes were all fine but just one little negative is that they were not as well packed or secured as the Mallorca Shuttle who we have used before. Overall though Jose and his team are highly recommended for value as well as reliability. Big thanks for helping our trip run smoothly. Much appreciated. Jamie.

We have used Taxis Conde on two occasions and the service has been first class both times. The welcome at the airport is efficient , the drivers are very courteous and the cars are very clean. On one occasion I actually left my glasses in the car on the way from the airport. They got in touch with me to let me know and then kindly dropped them at the hotel reception. Excellent first class service

Dont believe "the good to be true" ratings, all must fake!!! We waited for the booked(!) taxi for 45 min bcause he/ we didnt find eachother. Then the taxi was extremly hot inside bcause parked in the sun, the car was extremly old ond almost no real A/C, we felt like dying in there with our little toddler. It was dirty inside and it took us min. 20min longer bcause he drove soooo slowly, without any traffic. We were the snail on the street- horrific! 80€ charging for this is a total rip-off!!

Our flight was 1hr late coming in but they waited!!!! We also used the same firm to take us back to the airport for the return trip. And we never had to wait I would highly recommend this company as we had no problems. All vehicles are clean with AC they even have a large bus.

This is without doubt the best private transfer I have ever had the pleasure of using. At a time when taxi services on the island are very strained, Jose did not let us down. Both airport transfers (7 people) and a return trip from Alcudia to Magaluf for a show went without any hitch. We used Taxis Conde to provide taxis and minibuses for our son's wedding celebrations here in Puerto Pollenca and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jose's replies to our constant messages regarding the various pick ups were always immediate and nothing was too much trouble. The taxis and minibuses were always there early and each vehicle was top of the range. I must also say that their prices were more than reasonable. Again I would thoroughly recommend their services every time and for whatever occasion.

Ordered a minibus to collect 5 of us and 2 large bike boxes arriving on 3 different flights. The driver was fantastic waiting around for the last passenger who got delayed and incredibly helpful with loading boxes and so on. Had them again for the return trip and they arrived bang on time which has not always been the case with other companies. Highly recommended.

When I land at Palma I really feel the holiday has started when we get into Mr Conde's cars. It doesn't matter if there are 2 or 20 of us. Luggage, bikes whatever. He's always there on time and messages us to say where he is. Coming home he arrives bang on time and at the airport he knows which airline is by which door and parks right there. I've lost count how many times we've used him.
