The owners were really helpful and friendly. They also answer their phones when you call. They sell boxes if you need to purchase strong moving boxes. Highly recommend.

Webbs moved us out to Mallorca 20 years ago, then several additional deliveries to Mallorca since ! 2 moves within the island & now they have just delivered our belongings back to the UK. Each and every time organised to perfection, speedily executed at very fair rate ! That team knows how to export wrap - wow - fantastic job guys! Then, because they moved all our stuff out to Spain they were able to return us to the UK without import charges ! Big Bonus ! Thanks Bill, we didn’t even know! Everything arrived safe and well, delivered by the helpful, friendly and capable UK staff on time. Everyone seem to have been with them for years and years ! Top lads at both ends ! Fantastic service - have worked with Webbs twice now and they deliver 100%+ - great team, really straightforward and excellent packers with no complaints even when they had to carry everything up and down a mountain in a downpour! - everything arrived safe and sound and speedily - they go where others won’t so very highly recommended!

We had the need to transport some items from Minorca to the UK. Bill was a great help in organising the transit which from Minorca is logisticaly difficult. All was completed without a hitch and the items arrived in the UK in good time and good condition. Thanks again Bill for taking the pressure off.

Fantastic, highly professional service from start to finish. No aspect was overlooked. The loading of the vans required careful planning owing to difficulties of access (narrow street and limited parking space), but was completed quickly and efficiently. The team came with all the necessary packing materials and repacked anything that I'd failed to pack properly myself. The delivery to two different locations in France posed some logistical problems, but these were resolved to the complete satisfaction of all concerned. I have no hesitation in recommending Webbs.

I needed to move 31 cubic metres in the middle of December from a storage unit outside Barcelona to a house in Mallorca and asked Webbs to do the Mallorca end of the delivery. It was an expensive move, but I had read positive reviews about Webbs. I did not have a positive experience with them, however, and hope that highlighting key points here helps others. The day they were due to collect my things they "lost" the vans that had been parked the night before, thinking maybe they'd been stolen. Mr Webb was clearly stressed but doing his best to help (even though he does not speak Spanish to liaise with the storage team), however his manner became increasingly unpleasant during the course of the 3-hour hiatus. I had to ask him not to speak to me in such an aggressive way. Anyone would have thought he was the client, the way he was acting. Perhaps he should respect the fact that moves are always stressful, regardless of personal circumstances, which he does not know about? Then when I told him the Barcelona team informed me they couldn't open up the warehouse (booked in advance, extra cost) until January, three weeks later, and that this was not acceptable, Mr Webb called me a "drama queen". Not in my adult life have I ever hung up the phone on anyone, but that's possibly because I haven't spoken to anyone as unprofessional and unpleasant. He often does not give straight answers to questions and speaks in an extremely condescending manner, telling me he would "saw the end of my piano if it didn't fit". Obviously a joke, but not helpful. To continue the story, they then found the vans (exactly where they had left them!) and then they went to the wrong office to collect everything. From then on everything went more smoothly - apart from the fact that a piece of furniture and some boxes went missing along the way (which of course I don't know who holds responsibility for) - but unsurprisingly what is also still missing is an apology from Mr Webb.

From a very short notice situation, Bill at Webbs Mallorca helped me greatly to navigate throughout the whole thing! Bringing my stuffs back (a whole storage unit) to the UK safely but mostly so quickly!! It was over and done with within a week. Thank you so much Bill for your kindness and grounded energy. I felt that you got my back and I am extremely grateful for that. Joanne also from admin was always so kind and both removal guys Karl and Craig very thorough with everything. Thanks guys! The whole team at Webbs Mallorca showed professionalism but also compassion at all time. Great experience! Anybody out there needing a removal company, stop searching and give Bill a call, you can then relax and go with it without any added stress.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Webb’s, twice in 2015 and just this last week (April 2023) and I could not rate them highly enough, first class service from start to finish, from Gareth and Naomi organising things in the UK and making the post Brexit paperwork a breeze to Bill here in Mallorca seamlessly delivering our goods on time in perfect condition with nothing missing, the people that work for Webb’s are a credit to the company, polite, courteous, efficient and nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble… First Class…

A fantastic service. Our sofas arrived safely and as planned. All the team (including collection and delivery teams) were great - friendly, super efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Added to the fact that is a very cost competitive service, we will not hesitate to use Webbs for any future shipments and we will recommend them to our friends.

I have used Webb's for over 20 years taking a variety of personal possessions between Mallorca and the UK (once I think even including a kitchen sink!). Always my goods arrived on time and intact. Most recently they managed to navigate the Brexit rules and brought over an antique desk for me, 10 days from collection to arrival in my daughters flat. There is no doubt the process is made difficult by the Spanish authorities post Brexit, Webbs help you navigate the process, they are expert but can only operate within the (seemingly erratic) rules. They truly are the professional and reliable Mallorca / UK removal experts!

Webbs moved us from UK to Mallorca, they are very professional. On the day they wrapped the furniture, paintings, glass and crockery With pro bubble wrap. On arriving in Mallorca they made sure that we had a friendly face to deliver our furniture and delicate paintings, all in perfect condition nothing damaged. They made the move an easy experience. Webbs has been faultless throughout. They have not only been professional in their service, but have gone the extra mile. They sorted out my problems of having a car which had no UK MOT , repatriating it, having it MOT'd and transferring it and boxes of luggage to my sister's in Norfolk. Bill here in Majorca and his son Gareth in Kent have been superb, and at a reasonable and competitive price; I highly recommend them.

Webbs rescued us from another removal company (Whites) after being promised our things in 2 weeks from Mallorca to UK. Whites weren't able to deliver so after 5 weeks, we called Webbs and they delivered our goods exactly when they said they would. Professionally and carefully.
