It's a real shame, but I've been treated very poorly by the same person several times now, so I guess you have to be lucky. Usually very friendly and helpful.

Lovely ladies, always helpful and greet you everytime. They email you when your item has arrived and offer to carry heavy items to help you to your car. Always ready for a chat and go out of their way to assist you when you are new to the area.

Moving to area, you find out post doesn’t get delivered to your home address. So there are several shops offering post drop off. I would choose this one ! Reasonable yearly price, great service and friendly staff. Receive e mail every time I receive mail includes Amazon. Even sort you out with a phone.

My husband & I are new to Albox & we were recommended the ladies from the Post Box. We are BEYOND HAPPY with the service. They are just lovely people, always smiling and up for a friendly chat. I have never had any issues or mistakes and will definitely continue with them as we live here permanently. I cannot praise them enough.

Post Shop Albox has friendly staff who are available on the phone if you ever have a query. A great solution for those who live in the area and struggle with package delivery - parking can sometimes be an issue nearby but there are plenty of places you can quickly jump out the car and grab your post as long as you are fast!

Efficient helpful staff. Good communication. Nothing that has been delivered to the shop goes missing. They will direct you towards a solution. We have been with them 9 years in September. Cost is more than most however you only get what you pay for. Quality service

If you need a p.o. box in Albox then is this the place for it. Very friendly service. Always in for a chat. Provide very good service. They fo more then only provide a p.o. box, but for that check their website

We have had a box here for 3 years and the service has always been great. We are informed when we have mail or a delivery which means we only need to pop in when needed. The team are always friendly and the shop also offers advice and a range of other services.

When I came out to Spain, it didn’t occur to me that we wouldn’t get post delivered to our home like we do in the UK, I looked into what we needed to to and the Post Shop came up along with a few other options, I opened a P.O. Box, and we can get any size parcel delivered there large or small. It’s a great very friendly Service Mark and Sarah at “The Post Shop” offer. I order a lot online due to being disabled and it has been a relief knowing the parcels are kept safe until I can get there to collect them, especially during the pandemic when we couldn’t travel. Mark and Sarah, Thank you !!!

Fantastic Service, nothing too much trouble over the Easter Holiday We cannot thank the Post Shop Albox and in particular Sarah, for all her help on Saturday morning (it was Easter too). Sarah went out of her way to try and help us with the problems we faced with our old UK mobiles, acquiring a Spanish telephone number and connecting to a mobile service required before 08.00 Monday morning. Nothing was too much trouble and we stayed until the problem was solved (even after we had to dash off to buy a brand new cheap mobile) and returned to the shop which by that time, when we finished with Sarah was past way the closure time for the shop. To all at The Post Shop Albox - Thank you again.

Geweldige mensen die je in het Engels helpen. Voor een degelijke prijs kan je hier al je post laten toekomen als je zelf geen postbus hebt. Je krijgt een mailtje of sms als er iets is toegekomen. Super makkelijk.

Only been a couple of times..but lovely and helpful

We live in the UK but have a house near Albox, it is such a relief to have a good relationship with the staff at the post shop and to know that should any important letters (by that I mean bills!) will be in safe hands and I get to know they are there straightaway. It's also great being able to send parcels on ahead before any trips out (much cheaper than paying airline baggage fees). Such friendly and helpful staff, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We’ve just moved to the area near Albox in the country where parcel deliveries can be a bit hit and miss. In recommendation we have signed up to have a PO Box with Albox Post Shop and received our first parcel today. The service was excellent and Sarah is so helpful and friendly. I’d recommend the business 100% for peace of mind.
