Pésimo servicio, nos tuvieron por más de dos horas esperando para partir. No nos dieron ninguna información en ningún momento a pesar de haber preguntado varias veces. Además al momento de hacer la reserva en la página salía que la espera era máximo de 1 hora!

We had to wait for over an hour inside the bus before we departured, because we waited for one family that dined at mc donalds. They could habe just taken the next one… because they are frequented in an hourly pace.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben 1h im Bus sitzend gewartet bis es endlich los ging und das alles nur um auf eine Familie zu warten, die sich bei McDonalds verköstigt hat.... Sie hätten auch einfach den nächsten Bus nehmen können, da die Shuttles alle Stunde fahren... maßlos frustriert über diese unerfreuliche Erfahrung.

After checking in had to wait for an hour. The “manager” then came out and shouted at everyone waiting for the bus saying it will be there in 5 minutes then proceeded to give everyone a new ticket with a new time. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes we finally left. Making our total trip time 2.5 hours to get to a hotel that is 50 minutes away…

We waited over an hour and they didn’t compensate or say anything. They loaded the giant bus full, making numerous stops along the way. Definitely worth it to pay the extra money for a taxi or a private shuttle. Would never use again. They also changed our bus number giving us a new receipt with a new time so that it didn’t exceed the “one hour.”

Unas dos horas en llegar al hotel porque tiene que ir dejando a cada uno en la puerta si lo se cogemos un Uber o taxi. El conductor que nos tocó muy borde. Entendemos que tiene que lidiar con extranjeros europeos pero deja mucho que desear tanto la agencia como el conductor.

Très mauvaise expérience, à fuir ! Nous avons attendu 40minutes devant notre hôtel à 4h30 du matin et le chauffeur n'est jamais venu. Nous avons appelé le numéro d'urgence et ils nous ont assuré que le chauffeur était passé. Menteurs et arnaqueurs.

Wir mussten über 50 min warten. Die Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe. Würde ich nicht empfehlen. Korrektur von 2 auf 1 Stern: absolute Katastrophe dieses Unternehmen. Wir wären schneller gelaufen als mit dem Bus gefahren. Und das ist kein Witz.

Horrible. Don't waste your money - book a private transfer or taxi. No need to get off to a bad start on your holiday. Takes 1+ hours to depart after bus arrives. We were sat there waiting with no information for 90 minutes. The good reviews are clearly from the last passengers to board. A 30 minute journey took 3.5+ hours and it was a complete waste of our time. We went around in circles and it was the slower transfer I've ever experienced. For a 0650 flight they wanted to collect us at 0230hrs (30 mins drive away). We opted to pay for a local taxi which actually worked out quite cheap as it was on a meter. DO NOT waste your time with this company.

Komplette Überlastung am Flughafen nach schlechtem Wetter und geballter Ankunft an Reisenden. Warteschlange mit 2 Stunden Wartezeit um für den bereits gebuchten Trabsfer das Ticket mit seiner Busnumner zu erhalten. Das muss in solchen Fällen besser und schneller organisiert werden. Transfer nach Cala Millor danach mit dem Bus 4 Stunden! Nie wieder! Nächstes Mal mit Taxi oder Mietwagen. Einzig der Busfahrer ist hier äußerst lobend zu erwähnen, da er sich riesen Mühe gegeben hat und sehr freundlich war.

Ein meiner Erfahrung nach ziemlich verlässliches Transportunternehmen. Die Busfahrer hier scheinen wirklich gute Fahrer zu sein, die selbst die engsten Kurven ohne Kratzer verlassen. Die Fahrt insgesamt war immer sehr entspannt, sehr freundliche Fahrer und generell ist es immer wieder ein besonderes Erlebnis hier mit dem Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel bzw. Zurück gebracht zu werden. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Terribile, abbiamo perso 2 ore perché ci hanno cancellato il bus ben 6 volte!!!!! Ogni volta promettevano tempo d’attesa pare 5-10 minuti e alla fine non veniva nessuno. Ci cambiavano il numero di bus e così senza sosta. Potevamo raggiungere il nostro hotel a piedi mettendoci meno di 30 minuti!!! Assurdo! Una presa in giro. Staff antipatico , ride e fa finta di niente. DA EVITARE

Wir können die Meinungen / Erfahrungen nur Teilen... Wurden von einem Schalter zum anderen geschickt dann zum Bus den wir nicht fanden und planlos auf dem Parkplatz herum geirrt sind, bis wir erst mal feststellen mussten das er erst in einer halben Stunde kommt. Im Bus mussten wir dann noch eine Stunde warten bis er voll war und endlich losgefahren ist ! So etwas haben wir so noch nicht erlebt....ich glaube mit der Abwicklung über "Transunion" tun sie sich dort keinen gefallen ! Positiv war nur das die Rückfahrt und Abholung am Hotel pünktlich war und geklappt hat, daher gibt es 2 Sterne !

Ewig auf den Bus gewartet. Keiner kann einem sagen wann der Bus kommen wird und die patzige Mitarbeiterin hat auch nicht geholfen.

Degré zéro du service et de l'accueil ! A éviter ! Very poor service and customer expérience

Une des pires expériences de transport de ma vie. À l’aller, nous avons attendu plus d’1h45 à minuit, sans aucune information ni contact de leur part, alors que l’attente maximale annoncée était de 1h. Et quand la navette est enfin arrivée, le trajet a duré une éternité : ils desservent plus de 19 hôtels, avec 3 à 4 minutes entre chaque arrêt. C’est un véritable marathon épuisant après un vol. Mais le retour, c’était le clou du spectacle : la navette n’est jamais venue. Nous étions 20 minutes en avance au point de rendez-vous, avons attendu une heure, et après plusieurs appels, on nous sort qu’ils étaient “déjà passés”. Faux : nous n’avons rien vu, et nous étions parfaitement à l’heure et à l’endroit prévu. Je vous écris ce commentaire depuis un taxi pris en urgence pour espérer attraper notre vol. Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances, fuyez Transunion. Service désorganisé, zéro fiabilité, zéro responsabilité.

Geboekt via prijsvrij/allsun en heel tevreden over. Goede transfer naar cala millor. Luxe bus met airco, aardige chauffeur. Het enige nadeel was dat we een uur in de bus moesten wachten. Het was fijner geweest als we een vertrektijd wisten,zodat we nog een stukje konden gaan lopen. Ook de terugreis was perfect geregeld. Netjes op de afgesproken tijd opgehaald en weer met een luxe bus naar het vliegveld gebracht.

Airport to Can Picafort - 60km Our flight arrived late at 1 a.m., so the queue to get a ticket for the bus was very long—about 20 minutes of waiting just to get the voucher, followed by another 50 minutes waiting for the bus itself. We were also the last hotel on the drop-off route, which added an extra 30 minutes to the journey. The return trip was smooth—the driver was on time and everything went well. Overall, I would recommend the service, but they could definitely improve the process by eliminating the need to wait in line just to get a voucher for the bus.

Katastrophe! Seit 30 Minuten kommt der Bus angeblich in 15 Minuten. Schalter ist natürlich geschlossen. Mieser Service!

Une attente interminable à l'aéroport pour nous dire que le bus est à un endroit spécifique. Nous nous y rendrons. Attente 1h30, pas de bus, les différents chauffeurs sur place n'ont jamais su nous dire où était ce bus. Pourtant dans l'aéroport il est marqué que les bus sont indiqués sur des écrans à l'extérieur. Il n'y a pas un seul écran... Finalement nous avons dû prendre un taxi

Noch nie so lange an einem Flughafen gestanden wie hier. Bei Transunion erst 45 am Schalter gewartet, bevor man überhaupt aufgerufen wird und ein Ticket erhält. Anschließend warteten wir über 1,5 Stunden in einem vollen Bus vor dem Flughafen. Wieso weiß keiner. Mietwagen,Taxi, Öffis oder auch zu Fuß... alles ist schneller als dieses Unternehmen.

Ich habe im April einen Bus-Shuttletransfer vom Flughafen zu einem Hotel nähe Pollenca gebucht. Ich hatte einen Backpack und einen Radkoffer dabei, den ich bei der Buchung mit angegeben hatte. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Ich bin nach der Landung, obwohl mein Flieger 45min Verspätung hatte, zum Schalter. Dort habe ich eine Busnummer erhalten. Dieser stand 20m nach dem Ausgang. Mein Gepäck wurde von einem sehr freundlichen Fahrer eingeladen. Dann saß ich 7min im Bus und dieser fuhr los. Hier hat man nun Glück oder Pech, wie viele Hotels vorher angefahren werden. Ich war Nr. 4 von ca. 8. Bei der Rückreise wurde ich 4h vor Abflug abgeholt, was vielleicht etwas früh ist. So war ich etwas mehr als 2,5h vor Abflug am Flughafen. Interessant war, dass der Bus auch Urlauber mitnimmt, die eine Pauschalreise mit Transfer gebucht haben. Es scheint das Transferunternehmen auf Mallorca zu sein. Bei meinem nächsten Urlaub, würde ich den Transfer so wieder buchen.

Unzuverlässig, wurden nicht am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt, auch nicht angerufen, obwohl unsere mobile Nummer hinterlegt war. Mussten uns dann ein Taxi zum Flughafen rufen und ordentlich drauf zahlen. Nie wieder.

Es ist vermutlich wie beim Glücksspiel: mal gewinnt man, mal verliert man. Wir hatten Hin- und Rücktransfer nach Cala Mesquida (ca. 75km vom PMI entfernt) mit diesem Unternehmen. Aufgrund der Entfernung war uns von vornherein klar, dass wir viele Zwischenstopps haben werden. Der Hintransport verlief fast optimal: wir warteten ca. 15 Minuten in einem Reisebus auf weitere Fahrgäste, bis wir in einen 15-Sitzer Kleinbus umgesetzt wurden. Dieser brachte uns direkt ohne Stopp ins Hotel. Rücktransport war auf die Minute pünktlich, wir waren die ersten Fahrgäste im Bus. Nach einer einstündigen Fahrt durch Cala Ratjada/Cala Agulla waren alle Fahrgäste an Bord und wir fuhren zum Airport. Gesamte Rücktransportzeit 2 ½ Stunden. Wir waren auch mehr als rechtzeitig am Flughafen, der komplette Check-In inklusive Gepäckabgabe und Sicherheitscheck dauerte keine 30 Minuten.

kann mich meinen vorrednern nur anschließen, es wird nicht kommuniziert und man wartet eine ewigkeit im stehenden bus. da fährt man mit dem öffentlichen bus oder einem taxi wesentlich besser

Got at the airport on the 21st of September and left on 25th I know there are a lot of drop offs and pick ups but we are grateful for the service offered going and coming back to the airport. I'm not from Spain but if you know a little Spanish you get by.Gracias Transunión

Bus driver is very nice and drives very smoothly. 5 Stars. The manager system makes people annoying. We got the tickets at 1848 and the office told us in maximum one hour the bus leaves. We found the bus and we're not the first groups arriving at the bus. The driver told us it will leave when the signal is given by the office. At 1948 , although more than 20 mins no more new passengers arrive, the driver still did not get the signal after waiting for more than 90 minutes mentioned by him. Then I went to the office asking when it will leave. The employee answered with a poker face that it will leave in 5 mins after tying in the PC something Dear passengers, I strongly recommend you if you take the bus, 1 get the tickets 2 find the bus 3 ask the passengers who got the tickets earliest 4 push the officer to give the signal one hour after the first purchase

Our first (and last!) experience, there won't be another! When we boarded the 45 seater it was almost full and it was very hot! Some of the passengers had already been sat for nearly an hour! Well it took another 45 minutes until our coach moved! When I asked the driver, when we were leaving (in his language) my enquiry was met with a shrug of the shoulders and a suggestion I should go and see the office inside the terminal! When we finally left no apology for the delay! What appalling customer service. We live in mainland Spain but this is not typical of the service locals or visitors expect!

Wir haben positive Erfahrungen mit Transunion gemacht. Wir sind um 15 Uhr angekommen, sind dann zum Schalter, haben den Bus gesagt bekommen. Der Busfahrer war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir mussten dann noch im Bus ca 30 min warten. Aber das war ok, da das auch bei der Buchung kommuniziert wurde. Auch der Rückweg (heute um 04:15 Uhr Morgens) hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir haben uns 15 Minuten vorher draußen hingestellt und der Busfahrer war wieder sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich würde den Transfer hier wieder buchen 😊

Transport correcte. Néanmoins, beaucoup d’attente entre la prise en charge au bus et le départ vers l’hôtel. D’autre part, il n’y a pas de gestion des ramassages, nous avons été les derniers déposés à notre hôtel et les premiers pour le retour.

I am aware of the bad experiences reported by other users, however from my recent sample I would be unfair in not giving it 5 stars. I booked the transfer via flybus website, although the service is outsourced (or affiliated) to Transunion. I travelled with my family (wife and children), we did not have any flight delay. Bus was also there on time and we waited around 40 minutes for it to gather other passengers and leave the airport. Travel time to the final destination (hotel door) was 01h20min, quite reasonable given we had few stops before to drop people in nearby hotels and considering that by car it would have taken around 50min. Upon return to airport bus picked us by the hotel entrance at agreed time and the trip was also around 01h20min. Buses are clean and new, drivers were cordial, surely they deserved the extra tip given. Based on my single experience, I can only recommend the service.

My flight from Southend was delayed. I called their emergency number and got answerphone. Eventually a lady who spoke hardly any English answered and told me to send email which I did. When I landed I needed assistance and took ages to come through. By now it was 3 a.m. came out to office in darkness and no coach. I was a disabled solo traveller stuck 90 Kms from my hotel. I had to get a cab which cost me over 100 Euros. Despite much emailing they refuse to refund my 100 Euros. They could not offer any proof they waited or phoned me whereas I had to prove everything This is not the end because I want my money from them. DON'T BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING ALONE, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU AT THE AIRPORT IN THE BAT OF AN EYELID

Sind heute böse von Transunion versetzt worden. Bus ( Nr 105) hat vorm falschen Hotel gewartet und keine Anstalten gemacht , nach zu fragen ob noch Fahrgäste fehlen. Eingestiegen ist ja niemand. Der Fahrer hat auch die Tür nicht geöffnet , so das man erkennen konnte , dss er auf Fahrgäste wartet. Hat nur noch kurz ein Foto gemacht ( auch vom falschen Hotel ) und ist nach 2 Minuten los gefahren ,ohne Nachzufragen ,ob evtl jemand zusteigen möchte. War auch nicht erkennbar , dss er für Alltours fährt , bei denen wir gebucht haben. Alle anderen Busfahrer haben immer an den entsprechenden Rezeptionen nachgefragt , falls Leute gefehlt haben. Und der ist nicht mal ausgestiegen, konnten das aus der Entfernung beobachten, hatten aber nicht damit gerechnet , dss der für uns da war. Mußten schlussendlich auf Nachfrge bei Alltours ,ein Taxi nehmen und durften 90 Euro löhnen.

Wie in anderen Bewertungen auch, mussten wir weit mehr als eine Stunde im Bus warten, ohne dass gesagt werden konnte, wann es losgeht. Beim Einsteigen sollten es ursprünglich nur 10 Minuten sein, aus denen wurden dann 90. Dazu lief auch noch die ganze Zeit über der Motor des Busses.

De dag van vertrek ontvingen we een sms met de instructies waar op het vliegveld de balie te vinden is. Dat was erg handig. Aangekomen op het vliegveld was de balie daardoor snel gevonden. We waren direct aan de beurt en konden onze bus snel vinden. De bus stond er al en de airco stond al aan. Met een gedeelde shuttle moet je rekening houden met wachttijden omdat de bus passagiers uit meerdere vluchten bevat. TransUnion geeft aan dat je maximaal een uur hoeft te wachten en dat was ook het geval. De chauffeur reed netjes en hielp met het inladen. Bij het ophalen was de bus er op precies de afgesproken tijd en hielp de chauffeur met de bagage. De chauffeur reed netjes en we kwamen op tijd aan op het vliegveld. Vooraf maakte ik me zorgen vanwege de slechte reviews, maar dat is absoluut niet noodzakelijk geweest. Al met al een betrouwbare en prettige ervaring.

Zuerst Reservation nicht gefunden, dann 45 min im Terminal gewartet, und aktuell warten wir bereits 1h im Bus auf dem Parkplstz, und der Bus ist voll!!! Nie wieder!!!

Incroyable de voir une compagnie comme celle ci encore existé en 2023. Prise en charge à l'aéroport, on monte, on s'installe, et puis la, attente de 1h00 moteur tournant sans aucune justification avec un enfant de 3ans qui avait faim !!! La conductrice étant assise dans le coffre de son bus à fumer et regarder son portable... en France, c'est le licenciement assuré ! Rajouter encore 40mn de transport, car ne dépasse pas les 70 sur autoroute...

Servizio pessimo. Abbiamo atteso in.bus 66 minuti, non si sa cosa o chi. E' un bus collettivo, prenotato e pagato in anticipo. Sconsigliato.

Nada recomendable!!!!! Servicio de lanzadera de aeropuerto a hotel lamentable. 1h y media esperando a que salga el autobús desde el aeropuerto. El vuelo que ha sido de una hora, ha sido más corto que la espera de autobus. Mala organización. Encima tenemos que ir pasando de hotel en hotel hasta que nos toque bajar en el nuestro. Son las 22:30 hemos llegado a las 21:10 y aun no sabemos a qué hora llegaremos al hotel.

Do aeroporto de palma para Sa coma, não tivemos autocarro devido ao atraso do voo 4 horas, o rapaz do balcão disse falem com a vossa agência não tenho nada haver com isso mas muito arrogante, conclusão tivemos de chamar um táxi que ficou perto de 100€. Serviço de transporte a não voltar a usar horrível mesmo.

After having our flight cancelled, we arrived the next morning, and the staff were rude and unhelpful!!!! We got accused of lying about the cancellation and were told people from that flight had arrived? So they told us to pay €170 for a taxi, with no information. We then went to the TMT desk, which were so helpful and gave us another ticket and we were able to get on a bus in the end

My experience with the shuttlebus service was far from satisfactory, leaving me deeply frustrated and robbed of precious holiday hours. The 1.5-hour delay I endured while stuck on the bus waiting to depart was an absolute ordeal. Holidays are meant to be cherished moments, and having to waste three hours of my valuable time on a shuttlebus was a disappointing start to my trip. The lack of punctuality and consideration for passengers' schedules was disheartening, and the absence of any explanation or apology only added to my annoyance. In a nutshell, the 1.5-hour wait on the shuttlebus and the subsequent loss of three hours of my holidays was a frustrating and regrettable experience. I would caution others to be cautious when considering this shuttle service, as the potential inconvenience and wasted time may outweigh any perceived benefits.

The bus number on the ticket did not match the number of the bus. The staff at the reception was not very interested in our difficulties finding the bus. After telling her twice that there was no bus 429 but 439 she finally helped and clarified the issue. We then had to wait 45 minutes in the bus before he left, since we were the only passengers. Which is not very surprising, how should the others have found it with the wrong number. Not a very pleasant start for our holiday.

Una pesadilla desde Alcúdia al aeropuerto de palma, autocar limpio pero casi dos horas de frenazos y suspensión defectuosa, un horror. Nunca me había mareado en un bus…

2 Std Wartezeit am Flughafen bis der Bus voll war und dann für knappe 30km nochmal knapp 2 Std. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man deutlich entspannter als Ziel. Einmal und nie wieder!

Pessimo servizio! Per il ritorno non si sono presentati e non hanno mai risposto alle decine di chiamate fatte. Anzi si sono presentati, ma non hanno voluto portarci come previsto, rispondendo in malomodo e rimandandoci ad un altro bus che non è mai arrivato. Siamo stati costretti a chiamare un taxi, 96 euro in più spesi oltre a quanto pagato in anticipo al loro servizio. Mai più!!!!

Fatal,se nos olvidó un chaleco en el autobús cuando nos llevaron al hotel y llamamos a la compañía para decírselo y quedamos en que nos lo dejaban en el aeropuerto y cuando llegamos al aeropuerto no sabían nada del chaleco y nos dieron un número para llamar y tampoco sabían nada.asi que me quedé sin el chaleco, vergonzoso

Attente à l'aller très longue (1h) alors qu'il était inscrit 40 minutes maximum sur le site. Retour : rien à redire, le chauffeur est bien arrivé à l'heure du RDV. Chauffeur très efficace.

Uscita 7, anche se avete il gestore MTS Globe, andate qui. Il problema di questo servizio è che se prenotate una navetta condivisa, dovrete aspettare che arrivino le varie prenotazioni che hanno lo stesso percorso del vostro hotel. Io ho aspettato 20 minuti in sala d'attesa, c'è chi ha atteso di più. Il viaggio è molto lungo se avete l'hotel dall'altra parte dell'isola (il mio era il più lontano) perché dovrà effettuare tutte le fermate anche per gli altri, per questo non conviene, anche se economico. Io ci ho messo 2,5 ore, molto stressante e lungo. Alla reception erano tutti gentili, ti chiedono il nome e l'hotel di destinazione e poi ti chiamano quando il Bus è alla piazzola. Devi prendere il ticket e cercare il numero del bus nel piazzale (c'è sia davanti che dietro il mezzo). L'autista annuncia l'hotel e ci si ferma davanti, molto comodo. Adesso vedrò per il ritorno, bisogna prenotare l'ora del ritiro almeno 24 ore prima, sul sito che hanno indicato; molte persone sono state lasciate a piedi e hanno perso l'aereo, spero non succeda anche a me. Aggiornamento ritorno: Il Bus è arrivato in orario; viaggio in orario e aereo di ritorno preso. È un servizio che mi sento di consigliare solo per gruppi organizzati.

If I could give it a minus 100000000 I would. Arrived at PMI at 11:15 and was out by 11:45. The shuttle left at exactly 13:15 I don’t quite understand the need for 1h30min wait when the shuttle is supposed to be constant The driver was unhelpful and just stated that we couldn’t leave. This wasn’t peak travel season so slowly waited for the trickle of people to board the shuttle.

Eine Stunde Warten im Bus am Flughafen bevor er überhaupt losfuhr (ohne Ankündigung). Zwei Stunden Fahrtdauer bis zum Hotel in Alcúdia (vorher x andere Hotels abgeklappert). Lieber öffentlichen Bus oder Taxi nehmen!

Hat uns sicher ans Ziel gebracht. Vorher saßen wir aber am Flughafen knapp 10 Minuten um zu warten und im bus auch noch mal knapp 35/40 Minuten bis der Bus dann los gefahren ist .. kein Beinbruch aber nervig .. vorallem wenn man nach einem langen Tag nur noch ins Hotel will!

Einfach so schlecht. Ewig am Bus gewartet. Dann nochmal fast 2h im Bus bis es überhaupt los ging. Gefühlt fahren die Busse nur 2x am Tag in die Region und der Rest ist Wartezeit... Einfach nervig und versaut den kompletten Anreisetag

Fahrer spricht weder englisch noch deutsch, blökt unverständliche Hotelnamen in ohrenbetäubender Lautstärke ins Mikrofon. Dazu dauert der Hoteltransfer länger als der eigentliche Flug von Deutschland. Eine Zumutung!

This service is extremely bad! The bus will wait till is full before leaving the parking...this means that you can stay there and wait up 1 hour easily (just happened to us). Then it will drive you across all the island for the different drop offs...which means that, to reach your hotel, it might take another couple of hours! Local bus it s pretty much the same....so basically it s a monopoly and they do what they want. For an island that lives on tourists not to have a foundamental service like hotel transfers in this conditions, it s a real shame! I think that all the major hotels should heavily complain about this and / or propose eventual alternatives (even if more expensive).

Extrem unfreundlicher Busfahrer. Busfahrer hat unsern Halt vergessen und die Fahrt dauerte fast 3 Stunden. Personal am Flughafen auch nicht besonders nett.

Hin- und Rückfahrt ohne Probleme. Busfahrer auf der Hinfahrt sehr freundlich. Busfahrer auf der Rückfahrt etwas grummelig, ist aber zügig gefahren.

I would give it -500 if I could. Paid £30 for a shared shuttle. Sat on the bus for an hour and driver kept saying we cannot depart. Jokes, and the hotel is 12 mins away!!! AVOID BY ALL MEANS. Not to mention the receptionist lady snapped at me because I could not remember the name of the hotel. Well too bad, have not slept all night, being on an early flight. This is what you get for your money, and being on holiday. Never again!!!

Préférez les transports en commun de l’île, moins chers, plus flexibles et plus rapides que ce service de navettes vraiment nul.

La peor experiencia. Los trabajadores se fueron y dejaron el servicio sin nadie. quien vino a reemplazarlos fue extremadamente grosero. Se negó a dar información, también dijo que no estaba obligado a responder. Respondía a otras personas pero siempre se negaba a decirme que les estaba haciendo un favor porque trabajaba en la oficina de al lado.

Poca attesa, ma per pura casualità poiché l’autista deve aspettare che l’autobus si riempia. 9€ a persona in pieno agosto per playa de muro è un prezzo più che ragionevole. Viaggio abbastanza lungo ma autobus confortevole e nuovo. L’autista si premurava di lasciare tutti i passeggeri di fronte al rispettivo hotel. Un ringraziamento a Miguel per la sua grande professionalità!

Se potessi dare meno di una stella lo darei. Ci hanno lasciato davanti all'albergo ad attendere per 1 ora nonostante ci rassicurassero nelle varie telefonate. Nell'ultima ci hanno detto di pagarci un taxi nonostante avessimo già pagato 40 euro il loro servizio non effettuato. NON UTILIZZATELI. Abbiamo rischiato di perdere l'aereo. C'è il servizio pubblico che con 8 euro vi porta all'aeroporto. Scandalosi. All'aeroporto non hanno voluto raccogliere il reclamo e la richiesta di rimborso. Non UTILIZZATELI.

Dieses Jahr genutzt und alles prima geklappt. Sowohl Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel als auch vom Hotel wieder zum Flughafen. Die Tatsache, dass noch weitere Urlauber an Board waren und nicht alle zum gleichen Hotel wollen, sollte einem bei der Dauer der Fahrt bewusst sein. Fahrstil und Kommunikation ebenfalls ohne Beanstandungen.

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung und schlechter Kundenservice. Wir wollten im S‘Arenal abgeholt werden zum Flughafen, aber das falsche Hotel war in deren System. Obwohl wir alles richtig angegeben hatten. Haben dort 4x angerufen. 4x ein neuer Mitarbeiter, 4x wurde alles wiederholt. Sie sagten zu uns sie würden uns zurück rufen, bis jetzt hat hat uns keiner angerufen und unser Flieger geht in 2h (was sie auch wissen.)

Autocars récents et confortables, manque tout de même des ports USB. A l'aller, dommage qu'il faille attendre que le car se remplisse (jusqu'à 1h). Puis tout le monde est déposé devant son hôtel successivement. Au retour pas d'attente, il faut être à l'heure devant son hôtel. Service et trajet bien optimisés. Les chauffeurs sont sympas.

Have not received pick up time from hotel,had to call them. On day of pick up no bus arrived! Tried to call them 10 times! No answer. Had to take and paid extra for public transport. Be careful when booking this via Ryanair. Your e-Ticket have different company name on it. Then you will be sent to Transunion desk to collect ticket. Check which actual company you will be forced to use first!

HONTEUX !! Nous réservons ce transfert et il est indiqué « sans temps d’attente ». Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure avant de partir, le chauffeur ne nous donne aucune information. Ce même chauffeur ne connaît absolument pas le nom des hôtels à désservir et nous fait descendre, récupérer nos valises pour en fait nous dire « ah non c’est plus loin ». Chauffeur très désagréable qui fini par nous laisser au bord de la route en nous disant « c’est là-bas un peu plus loin » à 2h30 du matin dans un pays étranger et une ville que nous ne connaissons pas ! Il aura fallu plus de 20 min à pieds avant de trouver notre hôtel. Le voyage commence mal à cause de ces personnes sans aucune humanité. 2h avant d’enfin arriver à notre hôtel qui est situé à seulement 8 min de l’aéroport ! Service à FUIR, je préfère payer un taxi plus cher.

Busfahrer fährt los, ohne dass wir mit unserem Baby Sitzplatz hatten, kommt selbst zu spät und stresst rum beim einsteigen. Auch die Damen am Flughafen in Palma sind mega unfreundlich und zeigen kein herzliches Willkommen. Wir würden nie wieder hiermit den Transfer buchen, da es ewig dauert (statt 1h Autofahrt, 3 Stunden Busfahrt) und lieber Privattransfer buchen. Finger besser weg davon!

Llegamos al aeropuerto de Palma, mi mujer y yo, el día 1 de julio, a las 13,30 horas. El autobus que teníamos contratado salió a las 15,30,dos horas más tarde. Llegamos al hotel, en el Arenal, a las 17,30 o sea 4 horas para el traslado. Lo grave es que además de todo, hoy en día hay unas normas sanitarias de obligado cumplimiento, como es el uso de mascarillas en el transporte público. Pues bien en este autobús, llevábamos la mascarilla 4 personas, contadas. No la llevaba ni el conductor. Por cierto, el autobús era el que llevaba el número 260.

Os doy una estrella porque no se puede dar ninguna. Contratamos un transfer de esta empresa del aeropuerto de Mallorca al hotel en Cala D’Or siendo una absoluta estafa. Primero la cola inmensa en el aeropuerto para q en el mostrador te digan cual bus coger, luego te sientas en el autobus y esperas 45 min a que todos los pasajeros lleguen para por fin salir. El bus se recorrió cerca de 8 hoteles antes de dejarnos en el nuestro, con lo que estuvimos 2 horas dando vueltas para por fin llegar a nuestro destino. En total, 3h 15 min desperdiciados en este pésimo servicio. Un absoluta estafa. Ni puedo pensar lo que tardaron los otros 20 pasajeros que aún quedaban en nuestro bus/ autocar para llegar. Lo peor, te lo recomiendan del hotel y te crees el cuento. Menos mal que mi bebé de 6 meses durmió las 2 horas. Ni loca hago la vuelta al Aeropuerto con estos ladrones. Estafan a todos los turistas.

When we arrived at the airport we had to wait 1h30 and after that 2 hours on the bus with a kid of 3 years old and on the way back they pick us up 6 hours before flight (we are 45 min away from the airport) also 2 hours drive pf never again

Booked a transfer through Ryanair website. No issues with transfer or company, however, think twice before booking it. Almost all roads are one-way and very narrow, the bus does couple of circles in every town, so it takes a loooong time to get to the hotel and with a small kid it's not a pleasant experience.

We had to take a taxi because the driver didnt stoped.

Im Flughafen nach der Gepäckausgabe ganz einfach nach links gehen bis zu Burger King quasi, Säule 7, Fenster 024. Dort dann einfach den Namen nennen und einen kleinen Ausdruck erhalten. Die Busse stehen direkt vor der Tür und vor Burger King. Auf dem kleinen Ausdruck steht die Busnummer drauf. Diese stehen auf den Bussen auf der Windschutzscheibe sowie Heckscheibe. Den Ausdruck gibt man beim Busfahrer ab. Meiner war nett. Kritik: es gibt keinen Bildschirm, man muss gut dem Busfahrer zuhören und den Hotelnamen gut kennen. Gute Fahrt!

Obwohl die Dame uns zusicherte, dass wir nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit abfahren, wurden es dann über 1.5 Stunden. Und wir waren nicht die ersten, die beim Bus waren, andere warteten noch länger. Als wir zwischendurch nachfragten, wie lange es noch gehe, oder ob wir noch Getränke kaufen gehen können, wurde uns immer gesagt, dass wir gleich abfahren, was dann doch nicht der Fall war. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

El peor servicio que existe! Estuvimos esperando 1 hora y media a que saliera el bus y cuando por fin arrancó tardo casi 3 horas en dejarnos en el hotel. Ese día tuve a mi hijo de 2 años sin comer por culpa d este autobús! Dio mil vueltas y cuando bajamos le dije al conductor que era una vergüenza a lo que contestó que "lo barato sale caro" y amenazó con que "a la vuelta será peor"!!! Además que no exigía que llevarán la mascarilla ni mucho menos, la mitad iba sin ella... A la vuelta cogimos un coche de la empresa Rafabus, puntual, agradable y era solo para nosotros, en 30 minutos estuvimos ahí y el precio más barato que este. NO USÉIS ESTE SERVICIO PORQUE ES DE LO PEOR!!!!!!!!!! El bus fue el 216...

Einfach Nein. Spart Euch dass, und fahrt mit dem Öffentlichen-Bus oder Taxi. Wir haben zuerst warten müssen bis er genügend Gäste dabei hat. Danach ist er schon 2 Stunden gefahren!!! Der Fahrer meinte meine Beste Freundin und ich müssten jetzt aussteigen da es ja unser Hotel sei… Was natürlich nicht der fall war… er hat es einfach falsch gelesen 🙄 Trotzdem kam die Bemerkung „Dann hast du es falsch gebucht“ Leider für ihn, hatte ich alles schwarz auf weiß. Auf einmal sagt er: „Yes, Camp de Mar is the last stop, it takes 1 Hour“ Die ganze Fahrt dauerte 3 Stunden, länger wie der Flug von München nach Mallorca. Ps: alle Shuttles in Mallorca sind so.

Después de estar una hora esperando en la larga cola del mostrador de transunion del aeropuerto y de otra hora sentada en el autobús, nos tuvieron 2 horas y media más dando vueltas por toda Mallorca para un trayecto de 60 Km, ya que paraban en cada uno de los hoteles de la isla. Pésimo servicio

Es un servicio gratuito que contratamos desde el hotel. Antes de subir al bus, comunicamos al conductor que habían pasajeros con pantallas protectoras en vez de mascarillas. Hizo caso omiso... transporte seguro?

Bus from the airport takes over an hour to leave. Save your money and get a private transfer. It'll only be slightly more costly and you'll actually get to your hotel.

Avoid avoid avoid. They drove off at speed with the side doors of the coach up and my suitcase came flying out on to the road, everyone was shouting at him but refused to stop. I still haven't got my case back. They are refusing to reimburse the cost, awful company

Wish I could give (0) stars! Firstly, the driver was rude and not friendly and didn't let us know where any of the stops would be. We waited over 2 hours to leave the airport on the coach with no communication or updates from the driver still. I opened a bottle of Orange Juice and she stood up shouted and said no drinking in a rude Manor. She did not speak for the whole journey. Her driving was appalling, hitting the curb and a road sign on the way. We got to our hotel, which she didn't even name correctly and dropped us down the bottom of a hill 5 mins walk away. Leaving us to find it for ourselves. Handed us someone else's suitcase as well as ours. Which we returned. Overall experience was horrible, left us wishing that we had hired a cab. Sad thing is that this was booked as part of a package, if you can avoid like the plague!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid £30 each for shuttle there and back to the hotel. Didn’t instruct passengers to look out for their hotel and also didn’t tell us the hotel name. When asking about the hotel the bus driver told us it was three stops back and we’d have to make our own way there or give him €10. When confronting him for not giving us correct service he got angry and drove off leaving us in the middle of no where. Would not recommend or book through anyone who is this company. Appalling service.

Großartig! Wir haben 10min gewartet, Fahrer war super nett und nach Pollenca fuhren wir ebenso 15min. Frau am Counter war ebenso super nett! Immer wieder!

Über 1 Stunde Wartezeit! Dann soviele Hotels wie möglich angefahren, dadurch hat sich die Fahrzeit von einer auf zwei Stunden verlängert. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Über 1 Std. Wartezeit damit so viele Gäste wie möglich mitkommen. Sehr überheblicher Busfahrer. Rückfahrt werde ich mit diesem Scheißladen nicht machen, da zahle ich lieber doppelt!

Unfortunately I booked this through travel supermarket and what a mistake it was. A journey which should've taken 40 mins max by car took us 3 hours to reach by the coach. We had to wait 40 mins for the coach to set off as well. I was so fed up that on my return journey I decided to hire a car and not bother returning on their coaches. Please just avoid if you don't want your time wasted.

Rude staff at the counter. They don’t seem to like their jobs. Don’t want to help and inform customers. I will never book a transfer again at Shuttle transunion.

After arriving in Mallorca we had to wait 1,5 hours to start only the engine... Staff not too helpful and not informing about anything... They forgot to pick us up on the way back and had to take taxi to not miss the flight and by phone they only said it's coming soon .. Didn't get any email or anything since than...

Interessant, dass die positiven Bewertungen hauptsächlich von den "local guides" kommen und nicht von den Gästen, die diesen Service nutzen. Wir hatten beim Aussteigen Kinderrucksäcke vergessen und dies sofort gemerkt und entsprechend per Telefon gemeldet. Leider sind die Rucksäcke nie wieder aufgetaucht. Für uns ist es eindeutig wer sie genommmen hat. Von Transunion scheint es wenig Interesse an der Aufklärung zu geben. Als langjährige Mallorcareisende die erste schlechte Erfahrung auf der Insel. Schade. Tranunion werden wir aufgrund dieser Erfahrung und ähnlichen Bewertungen zum Thema Gepäck nie wieder nutzen. Auch die Wartezeit bis der Bus am Flughafen endlich losfuhr war inakzeptabel.Űber eine Std. gewartet und letztendlich stieg trotzdem niemand zu.

I wish to acknowledge exceptional service from two representatives of the TransUnion travel service. On Thursday, Oct. 18, our group No. 25 travel from our Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship in Palma de Mallorca to Valldemossa. We were catered for by the TransUnion company. Our guide, Jesus Gonzales and bus driver, Daniel, worked consistently to ensure our tour was extremely enjoyable, informative and safe. Daniel drove the bus expertly in some dangerous weather circumstances, yet allowed us all to take the photos we desired. “Speedy” Gonzales was an awesome guide who entertained us while sharing his extensive knowledge of and passion for the area, Palma de Mallorca to Valldemossa. Both men were humble yet extremely patient and caring of everyone in our group. Everyone on the tour chatted about what a wonderful experience they had with the whole tour thanks to these two men.

Servizio inqualificabile. Il viaggio (di 60km), previsto di 75 minuti, è durato oltre 2 ore, sia all'andata che al ritorno, in assenza di traffico. Troppe fermate. Navette strapiene, poco confortevoli. Rapporto qualità/prezzo gravemente insufficiente.

Booked via Airport Transfers.co.uk and I was really sceptical after reading poor reviews BUT this was a seamless service from Palma Airport to Cala D'Or Majorca. Found desk immediately, was given tickets efficiently and clear directions to coach stop outside airport. Hardly any wait time before we left on brand new clean AC coach. 2hrs to Resort not much longer than public bus and door to door service. Pickup service to the minute, hotel posted notification to my room 2 days before departure, drivers were skilled courteous and professional. As you see a great service. No issues whatsoever

Our flight was delayed, so our two year old was already pretty fed up, but Transunion came up with the perfect ingredients to send him over the edge, a one an a half hour wait for a bus to fill up. That’s right, without any information or apology, they kept us waiting for one and a half hours on a boiling hot bus. Probably better to walk.

A éviter !! Payer le transfert 56€ pour devoir partir 4h avant le vol, faire le tour de l'île pour récupérer tout le monde.. Chauffeur pas aimable du tout, en avance de plus de 10 minutes, qui en plus nous presse en nous disant "dépêchez-vous si vous ne voulez pas rester là!".. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout !!

Wir haben über VIAJES URBIS einen Hin- und Rücktransfer gebucht. Am Tag der Ankunft am Flughafen Palma konnten wir uns noch zum Bus durchkämpfen und wurden auch zum Hotel gebracht. Am Tag der Abreise wurde uns zwei Tage zuvor eine PICK UP Time bestätigt, diese war bei uns 5:10 Uhr AM HOTEL ! (Flug ging erst 9:20 Uhr) Wir waren schon um 5:00 Uhr in der Hotel Lobby um auszuchecken und standen dann wir vereinbart vor dem Hotel, damit der Fahrer uns gleich sieht. UM 5:30 UHR WURDE ICH UNRUHIG UND VERSUCHTE DIE ANGEGEBENE NUMMER DER FIRMA ANZURUFEN, JEDOCH MINDESTENS 10x OHNE ERFOLG, DA DIE HERRSCHAFTEN UM DIESE UHRZEIT GAR NICHT IM BÜRO SIND. MITTLERWEILE WAR ES DANN 6:20 UHR UND KEIN BUSFAHRER DER FIRMA TRANSUNION WAR IN SICHTWEITE, SO DASS WIR UNS EIN TAXI NAHMEN. (20€ die TRANSUNION ODER URBIS UNS HÖCHSTWAHRSCHEINLICH NICHT ERSTATTEN WIRD UND DEN RÜCKTRANSFER AUCH NICHT) Wenn ihr stressfrei zum Hotel und danach wieder zum Flughafen wollt, dann nehmt ein Taxi , es kostet etwas mehr , aber ihr habt keinen Stress und kommt pünktlich und sicher an! PALMA AIRPORT -> HOTEL GRACIA S‘Arenal 2 Personen mit Urbis/Transunion 25€ Hin und (Zurück) HOTEL GRACIA -> PALMA AIRPORT Taxi ca. 20€ Überlegt es euch genau! ! !

Esperamos más de una hora a las 12 de la noche para hacer grupo. No disponían de la información de cuánta gente faltaba. No lo volveré a coger. Es preferible coger un taxi sin duda y no empezar mal las vacaciones

Wir haben einen großen Dayliner (66 Sitzer) für einen halben Tag gebucht. Der Bus war sehr modern, sauber und klimatisiert. Der Fahrer war auch pünktlich (für Spanier schon fast ein Wunder ;) ). Leider wurde uns, für den Notfall, die Handynummer vom Fahrer nicht gegeben. Außerdem hatte unser (sehr netter) Fahrer leider das Routing nicht, welches wir vorab per Mail verschickt und auch bestätigt bekommen hat... also doch eher spanische Verhältnisse. Aber ansonsten sehr gut :)

Estuvimos 2 horas de espera sin que nos dijeran nada desde las 11,30 que llevo nuestro vuelo a palma. Cuando subió después de las 2 horas, nos dijo que había un problema con el ordenador. Si es verdad que hubo tal incidencia, pues lo vimos todo el rato hablando con los otros chóferes, y si es que había un problema lo tenía que haber indicado mucho antes, para haber optado por otras opciones. Se conoce que debía ser el último autobús de la noche de estos transfers y no quería realizar ningún viaje más. El contrato que realicé ponía que esperaba 45 minutos desde la llegada del vuelo y sin embargo la espera fue de 2 horas. Cuando nos llevó al hotel, no nos dejó en la puerta de recepción, como hacen normalmente estos autobuses, y tuvimos que subir la cuesta con las maletas y con una persona minusválida con una prótesis en una la pierna, y para el colmo, cuando le dije que nos estaba mal si no hubiese sido por estas 2 horas, me dijo que esto era así y si no, que hubiésemos cogido un taxi. Por cierto, era el autobús 235 de estas líneas de autobuses. No recomiendo esta línea por este impresentable que nos tocó.

Je mets une étoile parce que le chauffeur de l'aller était sympa même si c'était long. Le retour une catastrophe, chauffeur mal gracieux, qui faisait des tours et détours, une climatisation à fond on était tous gèlé, et pour clore le tout une porte de bus qui décide de ne plus fermer donc détour par l'entrepôt pour changer de bus mais attention sans aucune aide de la part du chauffeur pour basculer les valises d'un bus à l'autre, monsieur était posé dans son siège et nous attendait. Trajet hôtel- aéroport en temps normal 1h38 et ce jour là 3h....

Waiting time is awful - got in at 5:35pm, still sitting on the bus an hour later. But this must be how the service works - driver waiting for everyone? Not sure. Hopefully they will get me to my hotel before dinner ends.

Mal servicio, más de una hora en el autobús y estaba completo para salir.

Menudos sinvergüenzas estáis echos !!!!!. O sea, llego esta mañana a las 10:10 al aeropuerto y para hacer un trayecto que en principio se tarda un poco más de una hora , he llegado al hotel a las 14:20. Pedazo sinvergüenzas! !!!esto no lo avisais verdad!!??. A robar todo lo posible que total que os va a pasar!!???? . Esto lo haceis porque os lo permiten. SINVERGÜENZAS! !!!! Quiero que me devolvais mi dinero porque me siento estafada!!!!!!. Ni siquiera os merecéis la estrella que os he dado. Servicio peor que malo y carísimo en vista del resultado. Esto se avisa, si no lo haceis, robais a los turistas. Os habeis enterado !!!!?????. Pues eso , ladrones y sinvergüenzas! !!. Ale otra reseña en negativo, pero da igual, la caja la tienen llena

Ignorant staff on the coach waited an hour to set off. The guy couldnt care less. Not helpful one bit, worse transfer ive ever had .

Rude staff at the airport, rude and unhelpful drivers at the stalls. I Sat at the back of the bus, which i have to say lacked sufficient air con. Missed my stop due to the driver not calling out the names of hotels clearly enough. Ended up 3 towns away from my hotel and was then told to get a taxi. Poor service!

Richtig schlecht Erst voll lange auf den Bus warten und dann fährt er nach über einer Std immer noch nicht los obwohl der Bus voller Reisender ist.

Fatal, si no vas lejos del aeropuerto, vete en taxi. Cerca de una hora sentado en el autobús esperando a "que se llene"

Estoy esperando el equipaje de una turista ..hace 48 horas. Cafa vez que llamo a la base es una historia distinta...muy mal trabajo..es drl hostal calaratjada

Absolutely fuming with this service. Found coach ok, after around half an hour waiting on coach we set off to a 3 hour journey to our hotel..which should of been 2! The driver was too busy dropping little bits of people off instead of doing things more productively. Baring in mind this was 3am when we arrived, he dropped everyone right in front of their hotel apart from us..we got dropped off at end of a road which we had to walk down and we had no idea where we was..luckily enough i had my Google maps on my phone to tell us where to go as the driver was useless! Too busy talking on phone, hardly spoke a word of English and didn't even point us in the right direction. The coach took us just over an hour returning back to the airport, so it could of been done in less time in the first place!! Driver very rude and expected to get our own suitcases on and off the bottom of the coach. Please avoid i cannot express enough how this shuttle service is a waste of time and effort!!!

Kleinbus nicht zum empfehlen! Keine Sitzgurte (trotz langer Autobahnfahrt). Unfreundlicher und scheinbar stummer Fahrer. Durchzug wegen offener Fenster bei voller Fahrt. Das Beste war jedoch: Wir hatten einen Kleinbus mit maximal 4 Stopps bis zum gewünschten Zielort gebucht. Uns war klar, dass wir nicht der normalen Reisezeit am Zielort ankommen werden, da wir ja noch weitere Fahrgäste hatten. Hätten wir jedoch gewusst, dass wir Urlaubsreisende mit an Bord hatten die ihren Transport zu völlig anderen Orten auf der Insel ihr Hotel gebucht hatten, wären wir nie eingestiegen. Das beste war, dass wir unseren Zielort um 10km gestriffen haben um erstmal nach Port de Pollenca an die Spitze von Mallorca zu fahren um dort Gäste abzusetzen. Fazit: knapp 2 Stunden Fahrtzeit für 60km. Schönen Dank auch!

Absolute rude and unfriendly staff at the airport. Was told to wait one hour for the bus. Why the hell do you ask for flight details and time of arrival when there is no point and no organization. The front desk was packed with people waiting. Totally not recommended, one star is too much! The seats in the bus were wet and there was no seatbelt. But it had the funny picture

Hab über Ryanair gebucht. Nach einer halben Stunde im Bus wurde ich gebeten auszusteigen weil mein Radkoffer nicht bezahlt war. Ich soll ihn am Schalter bezahlen und den nächsten Bus in einer Stunde nehmen. Noch nie musste ich meinen Radkoffer extra bezahlen. Ich habe mir daraufhin ein Taxi genommen. Für mich kommt ein Transfer mit Transunion nicht mehr in Frage!

Although arrived at airport after midnight the transfer desk was open, helpful English speaking staff. Didn't have to wait long for transfer vehicle. On return, other than could not use the web checking service the vehicle arrived exactly at time stated. Very good service. Thank you.

Awful. Resort 6km from airport. And one bus for over 2 hrs. Disgrace
