Very impressed by the service I received from 89 transfers. I arranged airport pickups for clients of mine on two separate occasions now with minimal effort, both of which on shorter notices than most other services permit. Their website is user friendly and you are able to keep in touch every step of the way through WhatsApp. Drivers were professional and my clients were pleased. I will absolutely be using 89 Transfers service again, highly recommended!

They advertise a quick service and offer a last minute service, which costs extra 24 euros. I booked this service and according to their system the fastest pickup time is 30 min. I booked the service and was contacted shortly after to be informed about a 5 to 10 min. delay. In the end the total waiting time was 55 minutes, which doesn't really look like a quick service for me. After contacting the service about this situation they put the blame on me, saying it was my fault to book the service with just 30 minutes time, even though they offer it. The ride itself was ok, but given that the only reason I decided to book this service and pay 3 times the amount a normal taxi charges I am not satisfied with the service and I don't think they live up to their advertising. REPLY: normally I would have just let it go, but I can't stand it when people start to lie just to try to make a point, so let's clarify the objective facts. Booking made at 10:17, according to your WhatsApp message the driver started at 10:30. Is 13 minutes an expedite time? I guess not. Yes, you informed me about the first delay, don't see how it helps in this situation, but you did contacted me. But you fail to mention the fact that you didn't contact me regarding the second delay, it was me who had to reach out to you after waiting 20 minutes passed the agreed pickup time. According to your WhatsApp message you didn't even know about the situation and the delay, you answer was "the driver should already be there". Only then you started to investigate, so your so called "professional communication" proved to be not so pro as you want people to see. You even go further to put words in my mouth, which I never said. I NEVER confirmed and of course also did NOT witness your so called "broken down bus". It was only what you and the driver told me, and I don't have any other option than to believe it, but to tell that I witnessed it and visually confirmed it is going to far with you lie. As I wrote you already during our WhatsApp communication (actually you even agreed with me on this, but here you suddenly changed your opinion) if you're not able to fulfill the time set by your own site, you should change it. If you even send me an outlook invitation confirming the pickup time I can only assume that you have enough experience to know better and to plan some buffer time. If your only solution is to offer some optimistic times to try to show how fast you are, only to inform about delays everytime it really doesn't make any sense. Better just adjust to 1 hour preparation time, this seems to fit your real ability better. My 55 minutes waiting time claim is a proven fact, whether or not you like to admit it. You can try to play with the times and divide in as many small delays as you want, but the fact doesn't change. My pickup time was 10:45 and the driver arrived at 11:10. Pretty simple math. 30 minutes original waiting time plus 25 minutes delay. My comparison with the standard taxi service is relevant because for a 3x price people should be able to expect a better than average service to justify the price. I can compare it because for our first transfer we were brought to the hotel on a standard taxi and the car was very good, comfortable and the driver was very polite. The experience was great and for a third of the price. The reason we weren't able to drive with a taxi for this transfer was the missing childseat, otherwise we would've definitely go for the taxi. I cannot say our experience felt so premium, if we want to expose all facts it doesn't give a premium feeling to drive with a driver who has a cold and is coughing all the way without even wearing a mask. It's not a very comfortable feeling, definitely not premium how you pretend to sell it. Just as you say you have the GPS data to prove the second delay, I also have the corresponding information, such as the outlook invitation and the WhatsApp communication, to prove everything I'm saying here is correct. So you can try to move the responsibility to the customer again, but facts are facts.

89Transfers are brilliant! We've used them a couple of times now and they make everything so simple - great website which links to your flights, good communication over WhatsApp, very punctual, beautiful spacious vehicle and our driver Ramon was a just a lovely guy. I highly recommend them!

We had a delay picking up our luggage. Our driver was in contact with us the whole time to ask for an update. They waited almost 45 minutes with no extra charge! This was not something they can do all the time, but now it was possible. The service was extraordinairy.

Ramón cómo conductor, mucho más seguro que otros conductores. Nos avisó antes de que llegásemos, nos espero, ... En resumen, todo genial.

We made the decision to organise a private transfer from Palma to Cala Millor to avoid the very lengthy coach transfer offered by our tour operator. This was by far the best decision we made. 89 Transfers were fantastic. Comfortable vehicles, friendly drivers and excellent communication. They made travelling as a party of 6 (including a 6 month old) so easy.

Instructions for pick up were really clear and Ramon was waiting for us in the arrivals. We continued to use them for the remainder of our trip to go in and out of Palma. I’m so grateful to have found Ramon! After getting some extortionate quotes and battling with tricky websites, I came across Ramon who made everything super easy. I was arranging a transfer to an activity for a girls day, which required a car seat for a little one too. Within seconds I got a super reasonable quote from the 89 Transfers website. I was able to easily communicate with Ramon via WhatsApp, who was flexible about updating the pick up location and incredibly professional. Impeccable service ! Ramon drove us twice during our stay in Mallorca to take us from the airport and to bring us back at the end of our holidays (about 1h drive each) and I cannot recommend him enough. We were travelling with two kids a baby and a toddler and he had several car seats available for them. Very good driving, calm, discret and very ponctual. Just back from Majorca and used 89 transfer for our airport transfer and return. Excellent service from start to finish, upon booking communication was clear through WhatsApp and calendar invites with dates and times. Cars were prompt, clean and met our large family needs. We used 89 transfers and it was impeccable! Ramon was a great driver and had a good music taste! The journey was smooth and I highly recommend! We booked again for the second time around 2 am and even though it was late, they were able to accommodate us and have a transfer ready in the morning. Overall, really great experience and will use them again in the future :)

I cannot thank 89Transfers enough. After problems with other Mallorcan taxi companies I was left without transport for 8 people on the day of needing to get back to UK. I contacted 89Transfers via their booking form at apx 8.30am for a 10.30am pick up from a rural Mallorcan location. Although 89Transfers couldn’t accommodate themselves, Ramon who had WhatsApp’d me, contacted an associate and transferred all details and confirmed the pick-up. Same price was honoured without quibble. The minivan which came was ample in size, air conditioned and super modern - the driver was so helpful and friendly and nothing a bother at all. So very very grateful to Ramon for arranging as we would have missed our flights without him helping us. Thank you 😊

We drove from palma airport to calas de Mallorca and back. Both drivers were very nice. The price was fair and the drive was really comfortable. Big plus because we got to connect to the music and could hear our music 🎶

We had a great experience going back and forth from the airport. We booked the transfer less the 48 ours before the flight and everything was perfect. The driver was always polite and helpful even if we were 12 people. The transfer was very clean and new, I really advise this company to everyone even if it doesn’t have a lot of ratings.

I traveled to Mallorca together with friends and family, all together we were 19 people including kids. We had great help from 89 transfers! We had to change the time of transfer several times because of the flights being changed and even changed the amout of people to go with the transfer. It was never any problem and Ramon at 89 transfers gladly helped us every time. It was also a very favourable price compared to most other companies.

We were very pleased with 89 Transfer. They were in time to meet us at the Airport. Had a sign with my name. The driver, Ramón, was very polite and helpful. I had a small Electric wheelchair, which was no problem. Also at the return, in time. I can recommend this company to others.

The best transfer company we used in Palma! Very communicative and accommodating if we needed to make any changes to location/timings. They also went above and beyond by calling other cab companies at 1am as 89Transfers were not available last minute, and managed to send us a car from another company. Our party of 6 adults and 3 children was collected on time from a villa near Cala D’Or. The vehicle was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with aircon. The driver was most helpful and his standard of driving was excellent. We had three drop offs which he dealt with in a calm and professional manner. I will certainly be using this firm again and recommend others to do likewise. Excellent service at a fair price.

Reaction time is 5 stars. One star down because they drive from Palma. So if you are everywhere else they charge extra money for ride. I found cheaper transfer options and thank god they arrived. I mean this transfer company is good. You can't say about 90% of Mallorcas transfer companies they are reliable. This one is. It was about 10pm when I made reservation and they responded in 10 minutes.

They were late by 20 minutes, no A\C, wrong child seat size (only infant seat was available, even though I stated that my son is 1.5 years old), car smelled badly, no card payment option. Additionally it was a van, not a car, so we could've had same amount of comfort for lower price. Edit: they contacted and assured me that they won't work with the company that provided the van.

Great service. I strongly recommend to use 89tranfers, always on time and not expensive. On their website you know in advance what it will cost, no hidden fees. Even a last minute pick-up could be arranged using their WhatsApp very quickly. Because of the nice experience we used it 6 times on our stay in Mallorca.

Excellent! We have been to many countries and many holidays but this was so far the best transfer experience we ever had. We booked a return transfer for group of 8ppl. Palma de Mallorca Airport to Cala Domingos. Our flight was delayed by approx. 1 h but our driver was waiting for us as arranged. Great communication, reply messages quick, on a way back from hotel to airport received real-time location so no need to worry if your transfer will turn up. Extremely punctual and well organized. Unbeatable price, overall very professional and reliable service. Ramon is the best in Mallorca with no doubts! I would certainly recommend. Thank you.

I’ve used 89 transfers twice now and I can honestly say I will always use them when on holiday in Majorca transfered myself/wife and two children 2 and a newborn takes the stress away of the long coach transfers especially with children they are friendly reliable and have a comfy vehicle the driver is always helpful and polite defo give these guys a go and see for yourself thanks 89 transfers see you soon.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My party (4 adults, 2 young children) booked 89 transfers for a return journey from Palma to Port De Pollença. We arrived in Palma to an email stating they could not pick us up due to an electrical fault on the vehicle. As a result we had to use 2 private taxis at double the cost and no baby seats! Not a great start. For the return journey we contacted the company the day before to confirm they were definitely collecting us - all was confirmed and they promised us they wouldn’t let us down. Incredibly 1 hour before our pick up time another email was received advising they were unable to collect us due to yet another electrical fault! What are the chances!! Yet again we had to use a private taxi and again paid a lot more. As a goodwill gesture they offered to reimburse the cost of our return taxi if we emailed them a receipt. This was done immediately and now, weeks later we still haven’t received our refund and they have stopped responding to our emails. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

He is the kind of taxi driver you wish to have. We could text him at any time to pick us up (once even in the night), he was always on time, the rides were very comfortable and he was very tolerant with loud music and chants. In addition, he is a great guy and very amenable to new people so that we directly established a nice connection to each other. Once we come back, we will definitely call him again.
